The staircase had a bad smell. And even after I complained about it, it did not seem like anything was done about it.

the staircase in the main entrance is narrow. We later found that there was another staircase in the back of the building that was way more spacious - it would have been nice to know that earlier.

We enjoyed our stay! I would like to particularly appreciate the attention to detail that the Hotel and its staff showed - for example, they provided a baby feeding chair without us asking for it (we asked for a crib, so they knew we were travelling with a baby), it was a very pleasant surprise! And on Valentine´s day, the room service left roses in the room. Those details gave our stay a really nice touch.

Bed was not very comfortable for me. Maybe it was just me that did not sleep well, no one else complained. Everything else was marvellous.

Spacious. Kitchenette. I did not expect a kitchenette. Layout. Close to train station and grocery store. Close enough to downtown.

Not much to put here, just keep up the great service

Loved everything about it, the cleanliness, walking distance from winter carnival areas, functionality of the entire space. Lots of natural light from the windows. Kids and adults, we all loved it. We were 7 people travelling from Toronto and booked 3 different units and we all loved to stay at Rose.

Lighting for the bathroom vanity was dim, I would have appreciated a full-length mirror.

My room was beautiful, with comfortable beds and linens, and a convenient mini kitchen. Online service was responsive and helpful.

Everything was simply amazing, the way the room was located, inside the room we had everything, the microwave, coffee, stove, pans, everything you need is there. The shower was very nice everything looked brand new, so is the bed, very soft, big, and comfortable.

A wonderful place! The rooms are thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, with a super comfortable bed and exceptional cleanliness. The host of this small hotel is incredibly kind and attentive—huge thanks to her! You can truly feel that the people who created this place put a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests. The first night there were guests above us that were very loud. Their steps shook our whole room, and we all woke up from the stomping. It sounded like they were jumping on the floors right above the beds. I think having extra carpeting on the third floor and above would be good to limit the noise/vibrations to the second floor and maybe a reminder to those guests to keep it down when it's 10pm to 6am

I loved the location. It's so close to a grocery store and the center of town (if you are willing to climb some stairs). I loved how you could let yourself in with a code.

The stay was lovely, our issues were more suggestions. It was quite slushy with the snow, it would be good to have a container/tray to put your shoes in so you don't track mud and ice/water into the room. Just for the future also, with the recommended parking lot, if you could specify the lot height restriction (it is 1.8m) which is a bit too short for some cars, just so people don't expect to be able to park there.

The room decor was lovely, there were coffee pods to use and the self-check in was seemless. The bathroom tiles seemed to be heated which was so good because it was so cold in Québec. The room was also heated well.

It would be helpful to have a dedicated spot for snowy shoes and a hook near the sink to hang a hand towel.

Homeless around but that's expected in a big city.

Close to Old Quebec. Close to many restaurants and cafes. Close to shopping. Awesome location.
