We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe swimming pool was extremely cold and the hot tub jets did not work well :( which was really disappointing because we booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub facilities. Living room part of the suite was very dark even with all the lights on.
We had a king suite which had large ceiling to floor windows so we could look at the beautiful city view and sunshine while lying in bed. A small window opened which was lovely for fresh air. It was nice to have a full kitchenette so we could do some light food preparation in the evenings/early morning before restaurants opened. Excellent location close to everything and transit. Comfortable bed and pillows. Two TVS so we could each watch different things :). Shower had great water pressure. Staff were amazing and very friendly and welcoming each time we returned to the hotel after walking around. I really appreciated that the most!

CanadaThe location of this property is excellent. Within walking distance of Granville street, Robson street, Gastown, Yaletown. The room was equipped with a small kitchen and living room . Original Joes restaurant is located on site.

CanadaBy far, the room carpet: old, very old and non well looking. Carpet floor appears dirty and we avoid touching it directly with our feet. Mattress firmness was not good, irregular making the sleep time not as good as desirable. Old mattress with old beds frames. Avoid the restaurant in he main floor, at the entrance. Generally talking, room content is old and looks old (furniture, carpet, appliances and bathroom)
Location, location, location. This hotel is perfectly located, easily connected with some main city streets and just in the downtown. We are really glad with hotel access, the nearby stores and available services. Kids enjoy the pool, even with the cold water of the main pool.
