We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaIdeal location for those who come to the city by car, but then prefer to use public transport when moving around the city - free parking lot and easy access to metro. The room was good, the kitchen section was awkwardly squeezed between the entrance and bathroom, but for a couple days it was ok. Otherwise, the hotel felt a bit abandoned, but I guess that that one gets when travelling in winter

SwedenI stayed for two nights in January. The room was clean and mostly renovated. A hairdryer and iron were provided, but small details like slippers and a shoehorn were missing. When I asked the staff, they didn’t have any available. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist within their limits. Unfortunately, the restaurants were closed due to renovations, which was disappointing. Overall, for the price I paid (~$100 per night before additional taxes), I’m satisfied. However, there were hidden fees, such as taxes, that were added at checkout. I would have preferred knowing the full cost upfront when booking. Also, don’t forget to bring a plug adapter if you’re visiting from Europe, as the hotel doesn’t provide them at all. I had to shop around to find one during my stay.

CanadaWithout the kettle, not sure is there a restaurant there. Coffee maker is a bit small and not sure any one used it before. The adjourned room's noises affected our room even close to mid-night. No shower cap.
Like the parking facilities. Like the staff at the reception work efficiently. Like the cleanliness of the hotel room. Like the location of the hotel and the room's view. Like the size of the room, the two Queen size of beds with good mattresses. Bathroom with good matt to resist slippery.
