Ideal location for those who come to the city by car, but then prefer to use public transport when moving around the city - free parking lot and easy access to metro. The room was good, the kitchen section was awkwardly squeezed between the entrance and bathroom, but for a couple days it was ok. Otherwise, the hotel felt a bit abandoned, but I guess that that one gets when travelling in winter

Outdated, some broken fixtures. Some mold in the bathroom wall. Far from the lobby to the elevators and room. It’s quite a hike with all the luggage to go to the room.

I stayed for two nights in January. The room was clean and mostly renovated. A hairdryer and iron were provided, but small details like slippers and a shoehorn were missing. When I asked the staff, they didn’t have any available. The staff were friendly and did their best to assist within their limits. Unfortunately, the restaurants were closed due to renovations, which was disappointing. Overall, for the price I paid (~$100 per night before additional taxes), I’m satisfied. However, there were hidden fees, such as taxes, that were added at checkout. I would have preferred knowing the full cost upfront when booking. Also, don’t forget to bring a plug adapter if you’re visiting from Europe, as the hotel doesn’t provide them at all. I had to shop around to find one during my stay.

You can tell it’s a new “refurbished” property and they are working hard to update it. Old fashioned rooms but beautiful lobby and newly done refurbishments

Without the kettle, not sure is there a restaurant there. Coffee maker is a bit small and not sure any one used it before. The adjourned room's noises affected our room even close to mid-night. No shower cap.

- There was no breakfast option available at the hotel - The pressure of the water in the shower was often low - One can easily hear people in the other rooms

- Big comfortable rooms - fridge and coffee machine in the room - good size gym, open 24h - next to a metro station, a supermarket, and close to several fast-food places

Since it was a long stay, the conditioners or the body wash in the bathroom were not filled. Despite the request, body wash was updated but not the conditioner. Not a big deal but just a feedback

Quiet and spacious. Hospitality at the reception was great! Hotel is close enough to many centres of attraction and metro is nearby.
