Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bit dusty Obvious wear and tear Some lights aren't working There were other fees added to our bill after we checked in. After getting into our room and resting for few mins, someone started knocking. Took us maybe 7 secs to get up and answer and the person opened our door already. We double locked it so he wasnt able to get in. He said sorry and said the housekeeper wanted to give us towels which we never asked.
Smooth check in Bed is comfy Loved the hot shower and strong water pressure Pretty much our room was quiet

Small things.... TV controller did not turn the TV on for some reason, had to do it manually... 🙄. And the toilet was too low for myself, who had knee surgery. Other than that, everything was great.
The bed was very comfortable & room clean. The staff was great. Check-in was as fast as could be expected, due to everyone seemed to arrive at same time to check in hotel. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

No instructions or map was provided to get to pool/ice machine etc.. Hotel was a bit of a maze. Doors from outside were propped open so anyone could get in, did not feel the most secure. Room needed a deep clean.
Comfortable stay, room was nice. Pool was great.

The comforter was too heavy. The air conditioner was noisy.
We did not have breakfast. Had dinner at Kavos instead. The food was very good. The service was excellent. Staff members were all friendly.

My card didn’t work the second day. The reception replaced the card. Another person at the reception during rush hours (check-in and check-out time) would reduce wait times. A microwave in the room could be a great addition.
It was a pleasant stay. Nice spacious room. Very clean space. Namur Metro station is just a few minutes of walk from the hotel. 2 restaurants on site. Sliding board on window that can completely block out outside light at night.

There was so much dust in the room like everywhere.
Love that there was so many restaurants options.and the pool was really nice.the location was great near the highway and a lot of stores near by.

There were very noisy people with very noisy children running and yelling in the hall, as well as slamming doors, until I called the front desk around 1:30. It became quiet after that.
Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Slightly tired furniture
Easy access to airport by car and ample free parking. Namur metro station at 350 metres - service every few minutes direct to old town and connecting lines. Large clean rooms and pleasant staff. Breakfast at adjacent Eggspectations and other diners within a very short distance
