Technical problems in the hotel resulted in maintenance staff working in my room during my stay

Didn't find the staff friendly. Also found their explanation for a security deposit didn't seem reasonable. And their casualness concerning our query asking how long it would take before the "pending" charge would be returned or cancelled (up to 5 days) from our credit card didn't impress us

Easy in & out to highway. Self parking. Canopy entrance to drop off luggage. Room looked very new. Well appointed with very nice bedding & bathroom amenities. Spacious room & bathroom. Interesting & effective screen closure on window to create room darkening. Good cleanliness protocol in the corridors (wipes dispensers). Lobby & surroundings very clean. Great restaurants & outside pool area

Housekeeping would not come even one time during three nights stay. Not satisfied with it plus dishwasheing liquid was not enough in my room’s kitchenette.

Some of the furniture seemed a little worse for the wear, could use re-fresh.

Location was good (metro accessible, but also close to the airport). It was also a fun bonus to be across the street from the Orange Julep. Staff was competent and the bed was comfortable. Room was clean as far I could tell.

Staff weren’t very friendly and house keeping was knocking on the door by 9am the morning of check out.

The decor is a little dated and made the place feel dark.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is older it's clean and the rooms were spacious. It's located in mid town but the Metro is a 3 minute walk away, making it easy to get around town. There is a fabulous European market next to the hotel with a hot table. I was able to get dinner, drinks and snacks for $20.

Wifi was bad this stay... it would disconnect every 20 minutes for about 5 minutes which made it hard to work! Also, Hotel is working on outdated covid restrictions and only sending house keeping once in a 7 night stay- so was constantly needing towels and coffee and such. Stayed at another hotel for 3 nights just prior to this stay and they were by every day.

Bed was nice, rooms are big and location Is convenient for my purposes.

The cleanliness of the rooms left a little to be desired, and one of the staff members at the reception desk was completely useless. We stayed for 3 nights and on leaving the hotel for the day after our 2nd night I requested a fresh change of bedding and fresh towels. I was informed that they don't do room refreshes due to covid, which obviously is absolute rubbish but like all hotels, they will be really short staffed so I understand that. She did say that housekeeping could leave a fresh sheet and towels in our room for us. After spending a long, hot day in Montreal we arrived back ready to sleep. To my complete lack of surprise, we had NO towels or sheets. Not very good service. On our first morning we wanted to use the pool, only to find out that "allegedly" the lifeguard had to go to hospital so they had no replacement. That, I understand, but the next day when we finally got to use the pool the route to get to it was really bizarre and not clean at all. The pool itself was fine, very nice in the hot sun. There is no food provision within the hotel, so understandably guests had takeaway, and not wanting to attract flies they left the boxes outside their rooms, which were still there 24 hours later. Finally, on our last morning, when still in bed, one of the cleaning staff attempted to enter our room! It was before 9am so we were still asleep. When I was awoken suddenly to find out who on earth was trying to come into our room, the cleaning staff member's excuse was that I didn't respond to a knock. Of course I didn't, I was asleep!!!

Lovely big room, really comfy bed and nice shower. The pool was nice, when it was open! Fun location right next to a metro stop and the Orange Julep across the road was great, I would definitely recommend going there for some kind of meal at some point.

The washroom in our room smelt a bit. The public washroom near the restaurants were not up kept. 5 out of 6 female washrooms did not have toilet paper. We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday and they were all still empty. Front desk was notified on Thursday. The outside cigarette butts all over the front area.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice.

Staff is friendly, large rooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The rooms are not noisy, even if it is right off the highway. A (not undergound) included parking lot is also nice.

certain spaces in the room quite worn, stale smell in the hallways, had to wash own coffee cups as on four nite stay no housekeeping was provided, last nite stay loud banging outside my window like endless fireworks, forgot to order taxi

location worked well for the Rogers Cup as on main transit line. Nespresso machine a nice touch.

The pool closure was too early and then unavailable for the rest of my stay - I did not get to use the pool at all!

The bed was like sleeping in a giant cozy nest! So comfy!

Pool was closed one day. My dads room - he could not call our room - it went to the restaurant (!!??) this was not corrected. I thought the rooms were overpriced for the value. No daily cleaning was a surprise.

Hotel is a 5 minute walk to a metro station so it’s easy to get to sites and attractions in Montreal without having to drive there. Beds were very comfortable. Good sized room. Nice breakfast restaurant right in hotel
