CanadaWeed smell in the children’s room and management did nothing. We paid for 2 rooms but we slept with the kids in one room alternating on one king bed as the other room had a strong weed smell.

CanadaThe hotel is old and not updated. There was an old carpet and the walls were scuffed. I had to make an important call which required me to write something down an there was no pen and paper. That was the first time I was at a hotel that had no pen and paper available. We had booked for 4 adults but only ended up being 2. There was only one bathrobe in the room, I asked the staff for another and never got it.

United StatesStaff is very rude and had no manners.They doesn’t know how to handle the coustomer.My brand new car was stolen from their property and they did not do anything for me.They didn’t offer me a single glass of water rather I was surprised when I heard from police that every week 4 or 5 car stolen from their parking lot.I think they involved with thieves that’s why they never locked their parking doors.my family vacation became bad dreams.Please don’t refer anyone to stay in this hotel,still I am suffering.

CanadaThe lock to our room had an issue that briefly had us locked out, but the staff at reception were very helpful at getting it working again.
Being walking distance from Namur metro station and from Pushap (my favourite Montreal restaurant since my first visit in 1993) was perfect for a brief stay in Montreal. I arrived by car, which was quite easy, and after using the parking lot to unload our bags and check in I dropped off my rental car and we just took transit. The room was very clean and comfortable and the outdoor pool was a highlight.

TurkeyDespite a force major situation during our flights (emergency landing in Vienna and 14 hours delay) and despite our preliminary call to the hotel and given information, they still insist to charge the first night which we did not stay in the hotel. The topic is escalated to booking.com. Booking.com understands the situation with their customer oriented approach (as usual), however the hotel even did not react to booking.com calls and phones. The staff in the front desk were not helpful, the supervisor was very rude and not customer oriented. Staying experience: the room was not very clean, towels and trash bins were not changed during 2 days, pool was dirty and despite the information in the rooms, there were no any restaurant for breakfast in the hotel. Better to spend your money for a more customer oriented hotel.

United Arab EmiratesNo Concierge porter. Room service I asked for 2 spoons they gave 2 tiny spoons after 30 minutes and said this is the only spoons in the hotel! I asked for two sets of forks and knives they disappeared for 40 minutes I went to the reception they said we told room service 4p minutes ago I had another appointment and had to eat with my hands! Last but not least they took 200 dollar security deposit and refused to return my money saying I don't have a receipt of the transaction even though I showed the transaction on my bank account!

CanadaThe ignorant way the staff dealt with us and we finally just had to stay in the horrible, noisy room. Air conditioner was so loud we could not sleep. Room needed a good clean and upgrade. Staff who clean were nice, but not good at cleaning the bathroom. No food served at hotel. Room service limited with limited hours. We arrived late at night and they recommended Tim Hortons. Who eats at Tim Hortons.
We asked for a room on the same floor as our kids with our grandson. They put our kids in a nice room King bed and us in the annex. It was like staying in a third rate motel. Room was not clean. nothing went well. The internet did not say that the swimming pool was not operational and we specially booked that hotel for our grandson to swim during his visit.
