CanadaI was charged more than supposed to be in my bill. In the self parking it’s not only $45 plus tax. They have hidden fees for SP for $3.67 each day. Just make sure you to check the charges before going to check out. I even got charged for $121 for extra person even though I put how many people are staying in the hotel. Our ventilator in the bathroom does not work at all.

CanadaI would give my experience a 10 if the neighbor beside wasn’t too loud in talking and babies crying. We can hear everything on the other unit. Also, elevator can be full at check out, we decided to use the stairs since we were only on 4th floor, but i feel bad for people in the higher floors.
Easy check in and out. Friendly reception staff - Adrian. Clean and comfortable bed. Having access to stores, casino and cafe is incredible especially for winter time.

CanadaOur room could have been cleaner. It looked clean and was well decorated upon arrival but when I went to have bath, mold came out of the jets and we had to refill the tub. There was also tons of dust on the vents and in the crack near the door. Personally, I want the bathroom and bed to be 100% clean before use. Our bed sheets also had a red stain on them so we ended up taking them off the beds and just using the top cover
The service from the staff was phenomenal, Jack was extremely attentive to our experience. The location is great and the view was amazing

AustraliaOnly one Elevator for all guests in the Hotel. The Hotel was fully booked, due to a conference, so there were very long waits for elevator trips up to rooms and then down to lobby. Often, the elevator was completely full and guests had to wait for the next (which was full), then the next and the next. This part of the stay was not acceptable.
Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was fantastic.

CanadaI didn’t like the sauna could be booked only once a day and only for half an hour. I like to spend a long time in sauna and steam. And I expect that when staying in the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant was not good. The food was cold. They can do better.

United KingdomVery difficult to find your way around the complex, being very widely spread and over several levels.
View was fabulous. Minor irritations - VERY complicated internal design. Guests should be given a map showing where everything is, including floor levels. The whole complex was a maze! In the room, toilet was too low, sofa extremely uncomfortable and the fire effect heater gave out no heat whatsoever. Staff were fabulous, especially Rosie and Aki in the buffet, who specially made me pancakes for breakfast. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

NetherlandsRate was quite high considering that it was low season. Whatever you do, don’t get room service here. They mistook our order for breakfast and brought the wrong items. Upon scanning the QR code in the room the website will show outdated menu options that are no longer being offered. Room service will not inform you if this and just gives you what they have (we ordered 1x french toast and 1x pancakes, but they they provided 2x pancakes) breakfast order without communicating the changes/issue with us. We had to call them to report our incorrect deliver, only for them to inform us the french toast wasnt available. After a discussion and insisting they finally offered a solution and whipped out the french toast. On top of that, the roomservice is brought in ghetto throw away cups for drinks and paperbag box for food with wooden cutlery. A hotel of this stature and this price point should consider purchasing trolleys and trays for their roomservice and real plates and cutlery. We paid a wopping 94 cad for the most mediocre microwaved pancakes i ever had through room service breakfast. So overall, I was quite disappointed with the value for money for the hotel as a whole.
Location is next level and the room was spacious and comfortable.

CanadaI was shocked at the price if valet parking. It cost $65 plus taxes and it came out to $97 for one night. Next time an Airbnb might be a better option. We ordered in room breakfast and it came in boxes with the wooden utensils.
I like the Sheridan we have stayed there quite a few times.
