I was there 10 nights and needed to ask for more coffee pods, would have been better had they been attentive to that need.

They provided towels to stay warm sitting at the beach so kind and algae a drop off spot for the key and let us check in late

Some "tenants" were not in the best interest of the guests. The one above us is an ambulance medic and came in last evening and made it impossible to sleep. The office staff delt with it the next day but were not in the office after 9 PM.

The location right on the beach was pleasant. They had modernized the interior of the room but the exterior needed some upgrades.

Currently, they are doing renovations on the outside grass area, but the lawn will be there as soon as the rain stops :)

I absolutely loved the location! Our room was impeccably clean. The soap and extras provided were top notch 👌! The lady at reception was extremely friendly and watching the hummingbirds and other little local birdies was really special :) Watching the seals play in the ocean was amazing.

Although we didn't use them an update on the kitchen appliances would go along way. Also, we realize the grounds are under repair. Once completed this will make the property amazing. The room was a pleasant surprise.

The shower took forever to get even moderately warm, and never did get to a good shower temperature.

We made our own breakfasts in the compact kitchen in the room. It had everything we needed.

Simple and clean ... love it there in the summer too. Wonderful views and very very quiet. Close to the town and eateries if you don't want to cook in your unit.

The balcony was closed off as it was rotting and needed replacement. Much of the building looks shabby and needs upkeep. The dishes and kitchen utensils were minimal and lacking many items.

Breakfast was not included. The location is wonderful with a view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable.

No windows to open for fresh air. There was a sliding door but it could not be left open at night. Grout in shower needed major cleaning as it was moldy.

No breakfast included / nor complimentary coffee. The oven was not clean Telephone did not work & no one at office after 9:00 pm until 9:00 am. Room was nice size & view great but the heat (mid Sept.) even with the three fans turned on was awful especially through the night. Could not leave patio door open as there was no screen😳

The rooms weren't fully renovated - the doors were the original and you could see the old joints around the edging etc...not the best quality. The kitchen was not renovated either but it sufficed. The floorboards on the second floor outside were sagging. Also, the chairs outside on the lawn were soccer type chairs and did not entice us to sit on the lawn.

The location is exceptional as it is on the water....we had a room overlooking the ocean. The rooms have been renovated despite what the outside looks like and the bed was comfortable. The oceanview room was quite large with a small dining table.

Great location right on the water. Great customer service when dealing with larger issues such as a noisy party and a broken window. Nice little courtyard for watching the waves, the sunset and the stars at night.

Not necessarily about the property per se, just impacted our stay: 1. A couple fought (lots of screaming and swearing from 1-145am. 2. Property was smoke free but one guest sat outside or walked around courtyard smoking. Property seems to be in a state up upgrading. Bathroom had no towel racks or hooks to hang towels or clothes in bathroom.

No salt and pepper - did not know I had to bring my own. The room was very hot midday - but they did warn us about that. Lying in bed looking up at the ceiling there is a lot of cobwebs/dust strips.

The location is fantastic, right on the water. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach.

No air conditioning! The large fan provided was noisy preventing sleep. The check out time is too early. Should be 11am. The building is ancient but guests will return because of the prime location. Let them enjoy the view a little longer. The rooms are still over priced.

Bathroom could use more towel bars or hooks, No AC but fans are provided which can be a bit noisy but manageable.

It’s on the beach/ocean side , a great view of sunsets and seeing the occasional cruise ship go by. . Nice updated upgrades in the rooms.
