Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Elevators are so slow only 2 out of 3 were working always waiting for an elevator, did not like that the pool was always full of kids should have some time that adults Only

It was rather expensive. I requested an early check in but apparently they didn’t receive it. Had to wait an hour for our room. Not sure why it wasn’t received. Pillows were really thick and I prefer a thinner pillow. Will definitely return - when rates go down for the off season.
I liked the new modern style and decor, close proximity to Dartmouth Crossing. On site restaurant was good, service good, gf option.

Everything was great - we could enjoy more water dispensers across the hotel. The only available to us was in the fitness room, which was quite far away from the room.
Exceptional bathroom and showers, good location if you have a car, nice fitness studio and great room overall. We felt very comfortable and you can see that the hotel just opened 4 months ago. Highly recommend this place.

No included breakfast for the price. Although there is a 24/7 Denny’s attached.
Staff was very friendly, room was very tidy. Comfortable beds/ pillows. Free parking, and close to amenities.

Dishes were dirty in the suit but I didn’t mind rewashing. People above us were a little rowdy, and there was a dog under us who barked for awhile. Minor things that are really out of your control. Maybe next time we would ask for the top floor or something.
This was our favourite suite. My son is 8 and really enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfy and the pool was a favorite as well. Staff seemed friendly enough. It was busy. Things were clean for the most part.

Need a car to stay here Id think. Not really walking distance to shops.
Beautiful hotel. Brand new decor, linens, and furnishings. Stylish lobby and well thought out guest rooms. Amazing showers! Dennys on site and Bar One too.

Lacking personality, and very expensive. Rooms are small for a suburban location. No in-room dining.
It’s new, thus clean. Staff is friendly. Modern look, with working equipment. Near the airport.

When I opened the coffee maker there was a used coffee pod still it in. Not a big deal. Probably just an oversight .
Had breakfast at Dennys. Was delicious, fast service and pleasant staff.

We have to wait for roughly an hour to get our room. The checkin time was 3PM but almost 4PM that we had the room. We saw other couples and family got their rooms before us (waited the same time or after). I was so sick that day I needed to lay down to rest, but I have to wait in the lobby.

Noise, conversation & laughter could be heard in our room late into night from somewhere in the hotel. Room was a little tight, smaller closet & more floor space would have been better. Tv did not work well.

Price paid is higher than when I booked by 30% and I don’t know why. Because of this I’m not sure I will go back to this hotel or even use Booking.com again.
