Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's such a beautiful hotel! We were very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were both at perfect temperature. There were utensils, cups,plates, pots, etc in our room which was also super sweet. The price is amazing and the location is perfect as it's not in a super busy area but also not far from everything. I would highly recommend especially for the price! We will be staying again in the future.

The pool was very cold, and it was closed the following morning. However at checkout we were given a discount for the inconvenience.

The room smelled like wet dog or a sour mop. The vanity had a sticky spot on it I had to attempt to scrub off. The baseboard in the bathroom was also dirty. The shower is not designed properly and leaks water onto the bathroom floor. Coffee only available in the morning hours.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool area, which we were not able to enjoy. There was a group of kids in the hot tub tossing around a ball. There were cheerleaders in the main pool doing stunts and almost took out my kid twice. We were only able to last 30 mins. Super disappointing. I do pull all my sheets back and take off the pillows to check the beds. I did find a hair under one of the pillows. The rest of the room was great. The room doors are not soft closing, so lots of banging.
Dog Approved. Loved how they made it special for my dog. That meant a lot. The rooms were big and beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Excellent sized fridge. The staff was really great. Nothing bad to say about that. They were excellent.

Had to call staff 5 times to complain of teenagers upstairs, our toddler wouldn't stay asleep and we also couldn't fall asleep while they were playing either basket ball or floor hockey on top of us until midnight. Staff didn't do anything about it, two nights in a row!

We did not get the suite that we requested and reserved. However we did receive some monetary compensation for this inconvenience. But as this had been booked as a gift it was still a disappointment.
The location was central to other activities such as movies and shopping.

Will never come back. Will never recommend. Top-3 worst stay of my life. You can hear EVERYTHING. Cheaply constructed building. Doors arent soft-close either, which should be a given... Its just awful. Shower upstairs is LOUD. Kids in the hall are LOUD. Our shower was LOUD just from the shower floor creaking and clicking... How about instead of a "fancy" showerhead and "premium" decor you build a proper building?? Unless youre a very deep sleeper, your sleep window is midnight to 6am. Woke up and the "coffee bar", which is a thermos like at a gas station, wasnt ready at 9:30am! Someone asked and the front desk said it was being made then, in quite an unpleasant tone.... Wtf. You have no breakfast, we have to pay for below -average Denny's breakfast... And you can't even get the coffee right? Pool is quite small and was overrun with children. That was the main draw and we never got to use it. Adults only hours would be great. The building SUCKS, and my limited experience with staff was mediocre at best. Location is an industrial park too, which I dont really care about, but some would.

The hockey game in the hallway It was a bit over the top It wasn’t super late tho so I didn’t complain That’s on me I’m not sure it’s specific to this property But the cost for one night in a hotel now is outrageous.

noise - they put us in the room next to lift shaft despite knowing the noise is a huge problem. We were in 425 but I assume any room ending in '25' on another floor has same issue
