If I was being picky, the maids didn't speak English so at times it was difficult to communicate what we needed. The daily service offered was appreciated however, sometimes things would be removed I.e teatowels taken for washing but these were sometimes not replaced. Toilet rolls also needed to be requested on a couple of occasions.

Couldn't fault the staff. Thay were friendly, polite and very accommodating. Facilities including club lounge was excellent and the service exceptional.

You can no longer bring your cart to your room if you have more than one bag, which wasn't so great getting my very heavy large suitcase to the elevator as there is carpet on the floor in the hallways.

The floor I was on, the 4th floor, had been completely renovated. This hotel was in dire need of renovation and this time the room I received was fully renewed.

I would rather have booked directly with the hotel, but did not because I needed to be a member of the loyalty program to get the rate offered any of the booking agencies. I therefore booked through booking.com. You lost money, by trying to coerce me into joining your loyalty program.

The doors are not well installed or too old and tiny. All the noise from the hallway feels like there is no door.

I left at 3.00 AM to catch my flight so did not have breakfast. The bellboy came promptly to collect my bags as agreed and when he could not get an American Airline’s porter to help me with my bags for check in he himself helped me across to the terminal.

It’s very expensive

This hotel is attached to the airport so convenience is highly rated. We did feel it’s very expensive and we would not choose it again because of this. There are many hotels close to the airport with shuttles that are less expensive. Food was also very expensive. It is clean and our room was very large.

The lounge (for which we paid extra) wasn't worth it. I arrived for breakfast and everything was picked over, not refreshed, and not in any way worth the price. Avoid this.

The room, the staff and the facilities were excellent. We used the gym, restaurant and guest rooms, and were happy with all of these. The location at the airport was the key thing, as we had an overnight stopover.

The price was not something we would normally ever pay. We had a connecting flight and didn't want to take a chance on cabs or shuttle service so we paid it. As it was, our flight was delayed 4 hours coming in so we didn't fully get to utilize our room before the flight. Not the hotel's fault about the flight but adds to feeling like the price is exceptionally high.

Everything was fantastic, most comfortable hotel bed we've ever stayed in. Blackout curtains actually cut out all light. Shower had a foot bar for those needing a leg shave. Soap smelled amazing. Staff were stupendous.

Superb location, with great links to the city. The staff were so kind,helpful & knowledgeable, always on hand to answer questions. Very reassuring for a solo female traveller from UK I felt comfortable & safe at all times Room was luxurious & well appointed. Food delicious & beautifully presented. I had a very positive experience, which enhanced my holiday
