The tents are not clean inside and are infested with spiders and insects. Heater didn't work when we arrived. Overall comfort is very low.

Location is amazing, the surrounding landscape is incredible. The showers were good. Very friendly staff at check-in.

I thought there would be cute decor in the glamping tent like the pictures show. Doesn’t cause any issues though!

We needed to change dates last minute after rearranging our trip due to the wildfires, and they were so accommodating! The glamping tent is lovely, we were plenty warm enough with the heater and we loved sitting in the red chairs by the river.

Right by the highway. Very noisy. I dont think the floors of the tents have ever been mopped. Holes on the bottom of the tent big enough for mice to get in. I would of rather a zipped in tent. Bathrooms and showers were absolutely disgusting.

Such a great spot. Excellent facilities. The propane fired firebowl made the evening so cosy as we weren’t able to light a fire due to the rain. Such a nice touch.

Genuinely couldn’t think of a single thing we didn’t like

Location was amazing! Kananaskis offered so much beautiful scenery, and saw the most wildlife of our trip there. Campsite has a great and safe atmosphere, with a beautiful river running just behind the campground. Glamping tent was super cozy and comfortable. Staff was always super friendly, helpful and good fun throughout our stay. Couldn’t ask for better facilities for where the camp is. Shop on site had nearly everything you needed, and you can rent different camping supplies. Overall, 11/10 experience, will definitely be returning! :)

We went to the property and everything was drenched. Our Tipi was full of water, there were no blankets or pillows and our beds were wet too. We could not stay the night as it wasn't liveable and we ended up sleeping in our car. Informed the property well in advance that we would be arriving late but they made absolutely no arrangements to have us sleep comfortably.

Lack of information, accountability, kindness, too cold inside, the list goes on...

I attempted to email you about this in reply to the reservation. My girlfriend and I had a bad experience here. Nowhere in the reservation did it say we require a sleeping bag or blankets, nor via the final confirmation from the location, so we were too cold to sleep in the teepee and had to sleep in the car. There was no information via Booking.com or via the location's final reservation confirmation that we could rent this stuff if we arrived before 9pm,  meanwhile we arrived around 9.30 with no information except an address and a picture of a teepee, so we drove around and picked a vacant one. The location if fair enough since it is a camp, it was raining when we came - nobody's control, but at least the staff had checked of the status of the tent, the bed was soaking wet and the rainwater is dripping inside the tent . The heater was not working in one of my family's tent. we booked 4 tents and we only used 3 tents - as we want to be compressed and be warm. No refund for the tent that was not occupied. Our suggestion is that at least the office is open until midnight , for purchasing matches, gas and processed food etc.
