Paul is very helpful and goes the extra mile for his guests. The location is just off the highway with easy access to restaurants…. but save room for breakfast!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Paul is a great host and Coco is very sweet. Paul gave us great suggestions for restaurants. Breakfast was very good and offered a variety of choices. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

Our host (and his pooch) welcomed us warmly and showed us to our delightful accommodations, which rivaled a luxury hotel in size, furnishings, and even a balcony. Upon request, he provided recommendations for dinner (which was delicious). Having talked with him prior, we both had birthdays within a few days of our visit. Our scrumptious breakfast included a birthday cake for me! He has hosted guests from all over the world and it is easy to see why. Sunsets at the Oasis was our best stop on an 8,300 mile road trip.

Our room was a nice size, extremely clean, and very comfortable! Also, being on the second level of the property meant lots of privacy. Breakfast was most enjoyable - with fresh food and a variety of options. Our host Paul was exceptional in his role - providing information regarding local resources, and, even going out of his way to clean the snow off our car after a storm so we could head out quickly for our long trip home. We will definitely be returning to this property!

I can't think of anything I disliked.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I live with a lot of chronic pain and have a very hard time sleeping in beds when traveling. The room was very private with a balcony. Paul was a great, friendly host who was very understanding of my chronic pain. He brought up breakfast to my room. He helped carry my bags and offered to help carry anything else for me. He let me stay an extra hr past original checkout time because I definitely needed it after spending the day traveling and going out to dinner. For people that live in chronic pain will understand that most mornings for us especially high pain levels, just getting out of bed and getting dressed, let alone packing our things to leave, can be very painful and hard. I didn't ask Paul to do too much, but I got the feeling that anything I would ask within reason to help me, he would have done. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in nappanee. Just a mention to those with chronic pain I did have a room on a top floor so there were stairs because i wanted a room with a balcony I was able to climb them but I know some people can't.

Room was meticulous and had all necessary amenities. Most importantly, bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was waiting for us when we got up in the morning. Paul was an exceptional host. My son asked to go back the next time we visit Napanee. Highly recommended.

If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs as the 401 is not too far….

The location is fine and easy to find and parking is right in front of the house. Paul is a very generous host, willing to please and totally available. The « loft » is well insulated from the rest of the house. Breakfast is generous and Paul is happy to answer all our questions and even our suggestions.
