Breakfast was decent. They left it open past 9 which was nice. Location was decent. Rooms provided fridge and microwave which was nice. Shower nice and big with shampoo conditioner and soap (decent brand too )☺️

Alarm went off at 6 am , we hadn’t set it. Up for the day Small, square pillows on bed. Not rectangular bed pillows. No decaf packets of coffee in room or tea No peanut butter, meat or eggs ( protein in general) at breakfast

Less amenities for bathroom could have given bigger soap as there were two person.

The room as per price was excellent. It was clean and has heater with more functions . The pillow covers were a bit dirty otherwise everything was good. I expected a little more bathroom amenities such as toothpaste.

Breakfast was feeding yourself with bread. No hygiene products available. Hotel room was smelling of cigarettes and had to open the door to ventilate. Lame excuse from reception that room could not be changed. Bed was uncomfortable as it was deep at one end. Good for a night stay.

Breakfast!!!!!!. It was a horrible experience. Only bread items, and they were eventually not fresh. Items were so limited. Only bread, margarin and two juices.

We opted to arrive a day earlier than originally scheduled. Night clerk would not offer the same discount as what was paid through the web site but came part way. Was also told we would have to switch rooms the following day. On day shift, when the owner was available, indicated the complete opposite and that if we wanted to change rooms, we would have to remove all our baggage from 11am to 3pm (or pay for an extra day if we continued to occupy the first room past 11am).

Satisfactory place to stay for a simple overnight stay. Nothing fancy/very little extra amenities but it is reflected by the lower price compared with many surrounding hotels.

This property's proximity to the Windsor Detroit border crossing makes it a convenient stop for any family on a road trip. It was suitable for our family of 4. We booked for same day arrival and didn't end up arriving until almost midnight. Our check in experience was smooth and easy, it was appreciated that there were front desk staff all night. The parking lot was nearly full when we arrived, but we did find a spot at the back. There is no elevator, so ensure you can carry what you need up a flight of stairs if your room turns out to be on the second floor. We were pleased by the value for money because the room was comfortable and decent for the price, including a basic breakfast. The breakfast area is in a small room with 3 tables, and it was tight. You could help yourself to toast, bagels, cereal, waffle batter + waffle maker, yogurt, apples, bananas, milk, coffee and juice from a dispensing machine. When we ran out of milk the staff from the front desk quickly brought more upon request. On the whole it was a pleasant 1-night stay.

No washroom other than in rooms. Breakfast finishes at 9am - too early for us on a weekend. Refrigerator didn’t work.

Light wasn’t working inside the room. I called front desk and he said someone that previously had the room might of hit the light switch hard which didn’t make it work.
