Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hot water handle put mistake so I supposed to didn't have hot water and I called to receptionist. Still continue restoration job in hotel.
Personnels are really polite and smile. Look like a nice hotel inside and outside. Comfortable room and clean. Price acceptable

Smoke detector in room kept beeping..needed new batteries had to run & buy our own..went in the room we first checked in..let the front desk no,left about 8 pm came bk about 1:30 am was still beeping..let the front desk no again..said the maintenance man was only bk in the morning has the key to maintenance room..finally went to sleep about 3am..

Only one elevator of 2 worked, it was very dirty carpet in elevator, no visible sign indicating when last inspected. There were no face clothes in the room. I was upgraded to a kitchenette room, but there was no cutlery to eat my takeout meal. No pots and pans for that matter.
Check in very efficient. They have secure wifi. location is easy to get to. Lots of parking. I have stayed 4 times over several weeks and this room was the nicest one so far.

Mattresses were not that comfortable and the doors to rooms slammed every time someone entered or exited the rooms. Room wasn't completely ready when we were given keys

Their driveway was in poor condition and gave this place a poor curb appeal. Outside wasn't too appealing, but once inside it was beautiful wth new white tiles and very clean.
We liked the beds. They were comfortable and nice linen. We slept really good. Our room on the main floor was located in a quiet area. We recommend this hotel for a quick stop over. We had all the amenities needed for our short term stay.

Chage Bedding more often and clean carpet. Windows full of bird shits.

The lobby was very run down and shabby looking,and there was supposedtk be a Grabandgo breakfast but I did not see where,and no one around to ask. The lobby wasnot inviting !
The finishings in the room were wonderful,the room itself was very dated. Plug-in behind the bed had at least 5 things plugged into it and no cover on the outlet

It's an obviously dated hotel with upgrades. The lobby is plain but clean. The rooms and beds are small, but for the price, it was acceptable. The hotel was full of Middle Eastern celebrations, and there is no other restaurant option. The walls are thin and sound travels easily and we could hear a loud TV for hours while trying to sleep. The lighting in the room was limited and half the lamps didn't work. The bathroom walls need cleaning and the towel supply was minimal.
The price was appropriate for the stay and the quality. The staff was basically friendly but nothing more and the front desk adjusted the price to give me the best deal.

Kind of dirty, checked in and our room wasn’t clean then about 10 minutes later there’s a knock on the door and the cleaners came in and finished cleaning. Dirty sheets and a garbage bag sat in the hallway for our whole stay and started to smell very very very bad couldn’t even be on the in the hallway without plugging your nose and holding your breath. I also didn’t get the room I booked I booked a Queen on bed room and we got a room with 2 double beds.
Room was comfortable. People and staff were friendly.
