We didn't like that we had to leave the Georgetown Inn and go back to reality. HAHAHA. For real though, there wasn't a single aspect of our stay that wasn't a top notch experience!

We enjoyed literally everything about our stay from beginning to end! From the customer service to amenities, food, drinks, rooms, atmosphere, and everything in between, it was an incredible stay! We would highly recommend the Georgetown Inn to ANYBODY coming through Canmore or staying for any period of time!

We were truly impressed by this cozy, quaint inn. The cleanliness was impeccable and the staff were pleasant. The decor was a delight, and the food in the pub was most enjoyable. We will most definitely stay here on our next trip to Canmore.

    That we had to leave.

This is a beautiful maintained inn. The pub below us is fantastic with great staff and the food is amazing. I would strongly recommend staying at this inn. It is so much more personable than anything currently in Canmore!

Loud closing doors and voices carrying was the only negative but that was caused by other guests and is a reflection on their inconsideration in the hallways and not on the Inn itself.

The room we stayed in was wonderful. It had a fireplace, two housecoats and a comfy 4 poster bed. There was a mini fridge, and a tea/coffee area set up with some cookies upon our arrival. The Inn was full of antiques and Tudor in style and very clean. There is also a pub located on premise where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and the correspondence between the Inn and myself pre-arrival was very informative. It gave instructions on what to do if you arrive after the front desk has closed etc.

Old English style inn with loads of history & character which was charming. The room was especially large with a comfy bed, bathtub in the room & once again, charming. We ate dinner at the pub each night & the food was really good, hearty & large servings so good value for money. We loved the open fire in the pub which helped create the cosy old fashioned atmosphere which is a special & unique feature of the Georgetown Inn. The staff were all friendly & helpful which was the icing on the cake. I’d recommend this Inn to anyone who wants a more special experience than just staying in a regular hotel, it was totally worth it.

We had a wonderful experience at the Georgetown Inn. The room was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed. As I am a tea drinker I was pleasantly surprised as there was a tea pot and kettle as well as the usual coffee maker. There were cups and saucers as well as mugs and glasses. It was beautifully decorated and the whole atmosphere of the Inn was lovely. We ate dinner in the Pub downstairs and had a great meal with excellent service.

The only negative was that the rooms aren't sound proof and we could hear the dogs barking in the room on the same floor.

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. It was well stocked and had a very clean bathtub and toilet. We loved the elevator as it was a very unique feature. The hotel was so well maintained and the restaurant on site had top notch food and excellent wine and drinks. It was the perfect setting for a mountain getaway and even had a cozy wood burning fireplace. The bar staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating.
