It is a little dated: pain flicking off on balcony, furnitures looking a little old and the dishwasher was rusty and loud, carpet everywhere (which is not the most hygienic…) but at the end of the day we had everything we needed and it was comfortable. The beds were clean and made daily just like a hotel and we had fresh towels every day. It have would been nice to have a little playground for kids as we had a toddler and there was nothing to entertain him.

It was too dark to drive at night looking for the property. No streetlights on some parts leading to the resort.

The cabins were spacious. All necessary amenities were covered. The outdoor pool with an impressive view was the highlight of the trip. Parking was easy. Location was close to downtown Banff.

We had to get a screen fixed when we first arrived, the dispenser for body wash and shampoo in bathroom was broken and just left sitting instead of being fixed

While very well equipped, the room decor was rather tired.

Excellent staff, very well equipped room, excellent shower. Good parking close to the room. Our son enjoyed the hot tub. The sofa bad was a bonus as we really didn’t want to share a bedroom with our adult son.

The Banff area has become very expensive, I paid $560/night including taxes during the week which is overpriced for what is offered. No restaurant, no food store close by, you need to go into Banff where there is literally very little parking for food stores/restaurants. The room is spacious but very worn down. The coffee in the rooms needs to be improved as it really did not taste good (small detail). Bathroom was small and worn out. There is limited maid service which you must request in advance and explain exactly what you would like done each day otherwise you will find your room the way you left it when you get back from your hike in the evening.

Location was excellent. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Jacuzzi was very relaxing after a day out in the mountains BBQs are set up outside for usage which is really practical, kitchenette has basic equipment for cooking. The personnel were really helpful Mountain bike rentals for $30/day was very practical.

Very good view. Quiet. Good for groups families reunions couple children. Great service. Best of all the bed was comfortable. Pillows were amazing. I never had that morning headache. Per friendly. Dog bed was awesome. The dog supplies!❤️

The place is very nice. 5 people stayed there and we didn’t feel uncomfortable . Hot water. Clean carpet. Kitchen with all the utensils . Comfortable pillows . Beautiful hot tub area

I loved how secluded it was. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I love that they had locally made soap and lotions to use. Staff was great and kept place very neat.

The room is not equipped with air conditioner. The days during our stay were really hot, and I could not fall asleep until later at night.

The staff are very responsive. Whenever I ask for something, they would send in no time. I also like the swimming pool, which has a great view.

The downstairs room was aged and not very welcoming. The carpet was worn and not very clean. The bathroom was tired and the kitchen didn’t have a working kettle (which was resolved after we requested one). There was no frying pan either. Finally, when guests were in the apartment above us it was extremely noisy. We even had to go and ask them to move about quietly which only helped a little.

The location was very good. Enjoyed the ability to park our car even if at times the park was very full. Staff were very helpful too. Plenty of hot water was good.

the room was dated and you really felt that it really needs a deep cleaning, smell like smoked in the carpet and the worst thing is there was a stained in the sink and stained in the toilet bowl which is really gross unit 121 , aside from that we really enjoyed our stay .

Only a couple of minor things. Not sure if our lodge had been cleaned properly before we arrived, as we found a couple of large hair balls on the floor and the bathroom floor wasnt clean.

Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and little pool is great. There was a real lodge feel up in the mountains, which was different to our other places we stayed.

The facility is dated. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening but it is so crowded it really needs to be larger. Parking is tight our rental car got dinged. Our front door lock was really difficult and took multiple attempts and new cards. The bath tub and toilet were stained and didn’t flush well

One bed sheet is not very clean. room in summer is quite hot in the afternoon . The swimming poor is very small , do not expect it looks like in their Ads.
