The hotel is above a busy main road so when sitting outside there is a great view but there is continual traffic noise.

Breakfast didn’t start serving until 8. Unfortunately we needed to leave at 8.15 to catch our flight. We would have appreciated an earlier breakfast serving.

The views from the Mountain View room was incredible - looking out over the valley. We slept with the curtains open to make the most of the view. Also loved the hot tub which not only had a Mountain View but was outside. Perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day exploring!

Largish room with what looked like missing furniture. Only one side table was odd and a couple of comfortable chairs needed. No elevator. Expensive for what it is.

View from the room was unbelievable. Really spacious room too, bed was really comfortable and it was lovely and clean. Hired bikes from reception for free too and the breakfast in the restaurant was amazing!

There is no elevator to go to the second floor, so you have to take it. And make sure to reserve a mountain view room.

If you stay in Banfu, I strongly recommend this hotel. Especially book the mountain view room. You'll see the best scenery. I'll stay here next time. And all the staff are kind. Thank you for Rudson's kind guidance. It also lends Bear spray and teaches you how to use it in detail. Thank you.

Only complaint was carrying heavy luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator.

The staff was super helpful and the hot tub was amazing!! Loved the free ride service into town, Harry our driver was the best!! Great mountain views and spacious bathtub. Juniper Bistro had fantastic food & service.

No block out curtains in the room. Shuttles to town was only a 4 seater. We had 8 in our party which was not noted when we booked so made this benefit void and was a reason we booked outside of town

1.The Bistro menu was a refreshing change from much of the offering whilst we were on a 3 week tour. Definately try it and don't be tempted to go into the town centre and have mediocre pizza and burgers etc. 2. Parking and the availability of a shuttle to the town.

Exceptional 180 degree view of the mountains, location is very close to downtown Banff but secluded, staff extremely service oriented and accommodating and the restaurant there was the best food in all of Banff. We preferred staying after we had stayed at the Fairmont and we were not thrilled with that stay. However the Juniper room we had was exceptional for our laid back taste and it was our Anniversary-the staff made sure our stay was perfect

I think I received my monies worth with the room and location . The outdoor hot tub was beautiful to use 1st thing in the morning with the lovely mountains to look at. I cannot wait to come back.

I was very happily surprised that there was French press for coffee in the room. The view of the mountain side of of my room was nice.

Directly overlooking the highway. Restaurant is a bit pricey.

Great views of the mountains. Restaurant food was good and quick access to the mountain to see some wildlife, some of which comes in the grounds (we saw deer... apparently bears do too but we didn't see one there).

We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff upgraded our room without additional cost. The view of the room was stunning! The Juniper Bistro was exceptional! What a wonderful stay. We look forward to stay at the Juniper again.

The night duty person is not very helpful. We asked and was ok to drink our wine in the lobby until the night duty person came in and asked us to drink in our room - we are group of 6 so our room won't fit. It is a hotel and no proper sitting area for its customers to gather and socialise.

They ran out of rooms with the Valleyview because I booked too late.

We’ve stayed multiple times. The rooms are very well soundproofed we’ve never really heard any other people except in the hallways. The beds are super comfortable, and the restaurant is to die for.

Super cute hotel with a location that provided incredible views and privacy but also convenient access to downtown Banff. They have the most amazing smelling shampoo and conditioner.

Noisy traffic from highway below. Room's air conditioning was very loud. Would ask for a room near ends of hallway- away from HVAC.
