The reception was incredible. Very smooth and easy check in and very considerate. We checked in on March 8 until the 9, and I feel terrible for forgetting her name but she was professional and made my experience there what it was.

Convenient, right in the heart of entertainment district. Close to many amazing restaurants/bars/theatre. Rooms are nice and big, and kept in tiptop clean condition. Very prideful in keeping up their standards with the rest of the hotels around. Highly recommend this place.

why does the pool only open at 8.00am? surely no one traveling on business can get to use the pool as it opens so late. I brought my swimming gear but was sadly not able to use the pool as I had to get to meetings for 9.00.

The Gym could be updated a little but it was still completely usable.

The location is amazing. you are a 10-20 minute walk to most things to do around Toronto. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and designed nicely.

This was a Christmas gift for the “Little Family”, selected for proximity to Princess of Wales Theatre. A little glitch with credit card authorization form (email), but straightened out by Julianna immediately (thank you). No breakfast available for early checkout (weekend buffet later in a.m.), but Uber Eats was allowed and delivered right to the hotel room door. Otherwise absolutely NO dislikes.

The room was very spacious and very clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Every staff member that I interacted with was kind and courteous. The staff really seems to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The location was amazing. Very close walk to everything!

This didn't have anything to do with the actual hotel, but when we went to check in they said they couldn't find my reservation which I booked on booking.com in August (approximately 4 months before my stay). Somehow, my reservation didn't get to the hotel. I was very disappointed with booking.com (I've never had an issue like this before); however, the hotel absolutely made it right and upgraded our room to a suite and it was a wonderful stay!!

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this place !!

The location ( we were steps away from restaurants, pharmacy, convenience stores and rogers center) the staff ( so friendly and always with a smile in their faces), the room ( pleasantly surprised with how big it was , clean and comfortable) , the restaurant ( had a delicious diner ) We absolutely loved everything about this hotel !! It was so safe and cozy !! We loved everything about this place!!

The outside wall said Westgate or something, which confused us and we had to walk around the block cause we thought we were in the wrong spot

Finding the parking was difficult. The carpet in our room needed to be replaced - it had a large snag/rip. The noise from the hallway was loud. Surge pricing is ridiculous.

Great location for walking to the CN Tower, Graffiti Alley, Restaurants and Shops! Very nice rooms, huge shower, very comfortable stay. Front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do.

No complaints at all!

This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.

Housekeeping refilled the toiletries quite randomly. The basics were always there, but the additional, really nice toiletries were sometimes refilled and other times not.
