Great location, nice walking distance to Banff center. Beds were comfy and kitchen adequately supplied. We loved sauna, steam room and fireplace!

The sauna wasn't very hot.

The children loved the heated swimming pool. The location was lovely being on the outskirts out of town. It was a nice 15-20 minute walk down the hill to reach the center of town. Our room was very spacious. Bonus having a kitchen, which was well set up. Nice decor in the rooms and bathroom. The staff were very friendly.

Kitchen was well equipped. Room was clean and comfortable. Resort provided free passes for a bus between resort and Bunff.

Really good location and easily accessible to the town of Banff with the bus.

Laundry facilities were completely suboptimal. Only take coins, only two of them and located far from our unit. For separate condo/cabins, washer/dryer should be in unit. Constant problmes with key cards having to be reprogrammed. Limited clothing/storage space in units

Price for unit with separate bedroom and loft was reasonable. Location was good if you have a car.

Quiet location, room with mountain views backing on a forest, spacious, comfortable beds, amenities on site, included tickets for a short bus ride to downtown Banff.

Did not have the necessary cooking equipment like a blender. Appliances were very old and run down.

We had plenty of space for our family of 3. It was a 15 minute walk to downtown. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was so hot we couldn’t turn the heat off so we turned the breaker off for the heater so we could finally sleep at 230am. Also the fan in the room was an awesome touch but it didn’t work so that would have helped .

It is a little farther from the shops and restaurants but free transit tickets are provided and the walk is enjoyable on a nice day

Very Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. We had a unit with a small kitchenette. The room service was amazing. They even cleaned our dishes! We used the sauna and pool once. The steam room and hot tub were out of service. They provided us with public transport tickets to get to and from the downtown centre. It took us approx 10 min to get downtown in the local Roam bus. Our room had a mountain view .

The room and kitchen were spacious with nice updates. It was great for cooking all our meals for a long weekend. Bus stop is right out front. We used the BBQ also and the fireplace was such a nice bonus. Staff were all kind. We will return!

It is a bit dated but clean and comfortable and good value for Banff.

Front door opened directly into spare bedroom. Not very convenient for anyone is sleeping there.

Had a small kitchen which had sufficient utensils to prepare simple dinners and an open lounge with a dining table for eating, working on the computer or playing games. Nice upstairs loft with ensuite and a generous bathroom downstairs. Also had large windows and a couple of small balconies. Staff were very helpful.

We loved the location. We loved that it wasn't in the main street. We loved being able to look out the windows of our cabin and see the mountain and the elks rather than being in a hotel room. They also provide a free travel bus pass, so it's an easy, no expense trip to and from the hotel. It's also way bigger than a hotel room. The kitchen was also very handy. The fireplace was also a lovely feature, making it a cosy home away from home experience. We also loved the locally produced toiletries they provided.

There are individual staff at the front desk who are not very familiar with the business, about renewal or late check-out an unpleasant smell in the washroom
