pricing was all over the place when checking online. not sure why I have to wait 3-4 days to refund my security deposit. counter staff not the friendliest. Room was clean and updated on the positive side.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet tank had dark splatter and pubic hair stuck to it. The lower part of the toilet has not been cleaned in awhile. The shower rod has not been wiped in awhile. There was hair in the tub. No lid on the toilet and with a large bathroom and plenty of empty walls the only towel rack or hanger was behind the toilet. The toilet & vanity were too high for petite people and children. The large mirror outside the bathroom room door had no light. It should be in the bathroom since the only mirror is too high to use for shorter people. The room felt cold and empty. bare walls

The room was updated but not well planned. The toilet is so high it's difficult to get one for a petite person. Children would need help to use it. The vanity was the same.

Housekeeping! I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper,coffe pods and supplies I was not told that the room had a connecting door to rhe adjoining room and the occupants of the adjoining room had a barking dog- and front desk told me as i was checking out that pet werenot allowed on that floor!

The restaurant was not open at 11 pm when we arrived. the seats were ripped the food was overpriced we could not eat the club house and fries the next day as it was tough the restaurant needs to improve would not recommend it

I didn’t like how the pool area was cold, no hot tub, we immediately went for lunch in the lounge after we checked in,the gentleman working behind the bar was very rude, we said our please and thank yous with our order and got no words in return from him, my daughter ordered an ice tea, all she got was ice tea syrup, when we mentioned it to him he basically ignored what we said and still charged us for it. the food was deilcious just not the man behind the bar, in the end that is why he didn’t receive any gratuity from me, I also work at hotel in Fort frances and there is no way NO WAY our staff would be caught treating people like the way the gentleman treated us, is it because we’re aboriginal?

The floors were dirty. Sand and hair everywhere. The desk was sticky and hadn't been cleaned since the last travelers. They misplaced my truck keys. I will rethink staying here in the future. The service and cleanliness used to be very good but seriously lacking now.

The restaurant staff were pleasant and quick with service.

The front desk need to get them selves together. They seemed very unsure about how to do their jobs.

The hotel ripped me off in my deposit. Refused to even look at the receipt they gave me for the room which had the deposit highlighted. I almost missed my flight dealing with the front desk . I had to leave without my deposit. It was a nightmare dealing with them
