Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hot tub had some kind of yellow bubbles floating on the side and had a visible yellow ring of slime around the inner edge of the tub. Also, the juice machine in the breakfast bar is confusing to use, with the sensors at the bottom.
Very clean and crisp looking lobby and breakfast area! Super friendly staff! Dove products in the bathroom! Also loved the shower IN the pool area. The continental breakfast has a great variety of choices!!!

All the hidden charges. First it was a 50 charge that I thought was the pet fee but turns out it wasn't as I wasn't told what it was for. We then received a bill under our door for 169.00 for pet fee. There were also hairs in the shower.
The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Pool open to 11pm. Great location. Staff very friendly

The pool was not very clean. The tiles were grimy and the lounge chairs were grubby.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. In my research, it seemed like there were going to be a lot of different options for different diets and allergies. This was not the case and it was mainly a protein and a carb to eat.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Shower is slippery so we have to be extra careful when taking shower!
The Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is closed to the Canada Wonderland and Toronto! Room is clean and the amenity is exceeding my expectations

There was no control over the pool area . No clean towels unless you call the reception . There was no control on 12 teenagers who were misusing the pool that threatened my kids' health and safety.

Comfortable. Love the bed and that soft and firm pillows were available. Good quality included breakfast (including good coffee). Have stayed twice and definitely recommend.

There was no a sink outside of the bathroom making it a bit crowded for 2 adults with 2 teenagers. I felt like it was very expensive based on location and the room, but the free breakfast probably made up for that.
Nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

We are regulars of this hotel and we enjoy the pancake machine. However, the last time we stayed here the machine was broken. Also, the fire alarm went off one night which was a big inconvenience.
The hotel room is always clean and the staff are lovely.

Lack of better choice breakfast, American Breakfast repeats , Hot Bar, Omletes sausage links pork and turkey, Bacon over over for a long stay it gets stail.
