The location was very convenient for our trip, we were going to a concert and the location of the hotel in respect to where the concert was held was a huge plus.

Took awhile to find hotel.

Staff very helpful. Always someone around to assist. Clean and onside restaurants. Walking distance, about 15 minutes to Liberty area which had other food options. Was able to catch bus or streetcat transportation about 5 minute walk. Would stay again

Although bath products were of great quality the absolutely tiny bottles were nearly impossible to use and squeeze. WiFi was slow and inconsistent at times. I wish there was a way for guest to login into their streaming accounts to watch on the TV.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Love the integrated digital experience of contacting front desk through text messaging with quick response rates, room-service ordering app, and reservations for restaurants. Roof top pool was beautiful, and I appreciated the reservation policy to ensure it was not at over capacity. Desk in room was a good size for working on laptop.

It wasn’t clear on booking via booking.com that you could only use the facilities before you booked out. Most hotels allow you to use the facilities even if you’ve checked out.

The hotel is in a good location and easy to explore the city. With a young family, the facilities are great. They loved the roof top pool.

I sent my parents here for a night in recognition of their 50th Wedding Anniversary. They loved the staff. Very much enjoyed the conversations they had with them, and they were very impressed with the hotel cleanliness and modern styling. They had a great dinner at the restaurant, and very much enjoyed the views from the restaurant and their room. Thanks so much to the staff for the attention they gave them!

I was able to get an early check in and as I was arriving in Toronto that early morning, this was really much appreciated. Not many hotels can get you to do early check in, some charge a fee for it, some would just be rude about it, but Hotel X treated me in the best way possible from the get go. The building itself was phenomenal, I really liked the interior design and the whole vibe it gave, my room was exceptional, it had such great view. The room came with two pairs of slippers (I usually have to ask for them), two robes, an umbrella, and many other things that I usually don’t find in other hotels (even those big names). So Hotel X really surprised me with that. Bathroom was very nice, I loved the fact that they only had small sized of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc) because it means it doesn’t go to waste and that I’m not sharing a big sized toiletries with other people. Bed was very comfy, I love the remote controlled blinds, and I really liked the fact that the TV is personalized and it can connect to your phone (again, not every hotel has this). Staff was very nice, ordered room service for breakfast and it was fantastic. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely come back. Thank you Hotel X!!!

Tub stopper kept malfunctioning. They fixed it once and it stopped working again. Wasn’t able to let the water out tub and it was very hard to try pull it up with finger tips. Was unable to let the water out. It was too late to call someone to fix again so we struggled to pull stopper up so next person could soak in tub.It was hard to figure out how to work the light switches. Which switch’s went to what lights. Wasn’t simple as you would think just to turn off and on a light. Trying to turn on bathroom light and light in living room came on etc.

Nice luxury near airport not far from downtown nice gym with optional paid activities roof top pool with stunning views restaurant food was good beds were comfortable electric shades were nice we had view of Lake Ontario room was spacious. They provided two bottles of water every day lots of closet space near lake airport very near can walk if wanted to.

This is a fabulous hotel. It was immaculate and the room was spacious and quiet. A really comfortable bed and excellent air con made for a great nights sleep. It has a superb location with views of Lake Ontario. The staff were so helpful and polite. The hotel room amenities excellent. Would recommend.
