“Very welcoming; room was ready early for us. The whole hotel and our room was clean, bright and very well looked after. The staff are delightful, nothing is too much trouble. The lake views are beautiful and the terrace is a wonderful place to sit for drinks or a meal. We had two meals in the hotel during our short stay and the food is first class. Complimentary buffet breakfast is very plentiful and had everything you could possibly need to start your day. It is a 15 minute walk to the station and trains run regularly and on time, making it very easy to get around Zurich. We would highly recommend.”
