Restaurant.....waiting time for food was a little longer than expected. Food was excellent.

I do love to be colder when I sleep and the non air conditioning wasn’t my favorite, but the fans did help immensely. Overall great stay!

We stayed in a family room with two floors and the set up was perfect! We had a separate living space, great bathroom, just a quirky great place to stay! On top of that, they had our airport taxi early for us which is always appreciated

The property is located very centrally with easy access to trams that are connected well to the main station and popular tourist sites. Though centrally located and on the main road it’s still a very quiet area. They had also sent very precise directions to us to reach the hotel on arrival from the airport. It’s definitely value for money. The front desk lady was very helpful and guided us whenever required with a smile.

Uncomfortable bed, hot, difficult to find, no housekeeping service, non-helpful staff, marginal location, and overpriced for what was offered.

For families with baby i do not recommend this hotel. Elevator is super small nothing fits if you have a stroller. From the parking to the hotel reception there are only stairs so if you come with heavy luggage you will have a problem to carry. The room was given to us was smelling food all the time because of the restaurant down there. There is no klima installed with 40 degree room temperature .. I will definitely not stay here again with my next stay.

Acceptable breakfast with varied food, coffee and juices. The staff at the reception is very kind. Hotel located relatively close to the main attractions in the area. Safe area, even if red lights predominate on the street behind the hotel. A big plus for the free ticket for public transport that you get at registration. The tram station is located near the hotel. In my reserved suite (ground floor and first floor) we had a big bath with shower plus a jacuzzi tub. The building consists of a hotel and a restaurant where you can eat well. I recommend this hotel!

We paid for CHF 25 parking per day but a burglar came into our car and stole our car papers and used clothes. My husband forgot to lock our car though but because this is a "private parking" we are expecting it to be safe. The hotel let the door of the garage open and because of this, we spent half day at the police station. The pillow are not comfortable and the room size is too small. If you are travelling during summer, think twice as they only provide you with a very small fan. It is not enough to cover the whole room.

The staff who assisted us is very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the tram station. There are lots of restaurants around the neighborhood.

Don't take breakfast at the hotel! Breakfast there was really bad, two types of ham were stale and had a smell! croissant and coffee will taste better at the Coop nearby.

Perfect location for visiting exhibition in Basel, It’s 5 min by walk. the option with parking in the same building was useful for me, it’s private parking 25 fr/night . the room was clean and quiet.

Was actually a small single bed room. Exactly as described, I find it rare these days to not end up in a double room anyhow. Breakfast would be in the neighbouring restaurant. Location is just next door to the congress center Basel.

We couldn’t get the coffee machine work again after having a cup of coffee so we shared that.

The room and the bathroom were spacious. It wasn’t cold at all although it was very cold outside. It was very modern and the beds were very comfortable to sleep. The location is close to several tram stops which made things convenient. We were given daily tickets for city trips.
