Being very close to the train tracks and station, obviously quite a bit of train noise until service stopped at night.

Franko was the best in delivery of excellent customer service. He explained all the details of what we needed to know to make our stay more enjoyable. One recommendation is to start breakfast at 6:45, so that folks catching the 7:15 train to Zermatt can enjoy the excellent meal provided. I highly recommend this hotel in Tasch! Save your money, as Zermatt is only 12 minutes away.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was located close the station. The breakfast was extensive enough: even including salmon and legumes! In addition to the ski storage, we very much appreciated the wellness: a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and much more in an expectedly spacious area. What a wonderful stay!

I liked the ease of access from the train station and the friendly staff. There were many areas to sit and relax throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, with a balcony and a view of the snowy surrounds. The breakfast was exceptional, with many hot foods on offer and served in a breakfast room with unobstructed views.

The location in Google Maps is not correct and, as we arrived late, it was challenging to find the hotel.

The room was very good, the breakfast excellent and the view of a village covered with snow was very relaxing. The staff was very nice and provided us with all we needed. Thank you, Celia!!

The hot tub in the wellness area wouldn't go above 36°C, which was a bit disappointing having paid quite a bit to use it.

We wanted to visit Zermatt, we stayed at this hotel in Tasch which is not expensive as Zermatt . The hotel is near the station to Zermatt (which is not accessible by car) , breakfast was very good, hotel is nice and clean , staff very helpful. I recommend it to those visiting Zermatt

Lights are not bright enough, a bit too dark in the room and especially the bathroom.

Breakfast is great. Hotel is near train Täsch station, 10 mins train to Zermatt.

Very easy to get to from the train station. I’d have no worries arriving late as a solo traveller. Everywhere clean and quiet, bedding was very comfortable and breakfast fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice balcony with view of the mountain and village. Trains run regularly to and from Zermatt and didn’t keep me awake at night.

Nothing we disliked.

Great hotel in a great location. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service into Zermatt when loaded with skis and boots etc. The drop off point in Zermatt is a short walk to the Sunegga Funicular. Have already booked again for next year. The free car park is also a big advantage, could leave our car there and forget about it for the duration.

The staff very helpful and friendly. Really appreciate them to help me make a call to check my seat reservation at glacier express. They allow me to leave luggage there until 8.00pm. Really recommend to those who want to come to Tasch, just next station to Zermatt.

If you would like to save the budget, staying here is the best! Is only 10 minutes from Zermatt with train, moreover you can request for the transport from the hotel which is cheaper than taking the train! You do not need to schedule for transport, just inform the reception anytime. The room is clean and nice, worth the price, especially the price including breakfast as well. Would totally recommended.
