Hotel is very cosy, chic and very good located! We loved our stay and staff. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Snowy Alps and Zürich See view was awesome! We loved the breakfast also, simple and delicous. Decoration and comfort of the room was great too! Thank you <3

I did not stay at the hotel. I left as soon as I arrived. I had booked a room with a lake view and received a room in the souterrain which had a view of the guests' legs in the restaurant. The staff told us this was the only room they could give us. I am still waiting to get my money back.

Room was not clean. No AC or fan. Really a lot of noise from traffic. Could not sleep. Felt like staying at a highway. Really expensive dinner that did not taste good and did not live up to the price. Gazpacho with chorizo. Clearly chorizo was low quality supermarket chorizo quickly chopped up and added to a small gazpacho. Salmon tartare was not a tartare. The fish seemed smoked but without any taste. It was the most expensive dinner we had in Switzerland, but the food was not good. View is amazing. Waitress was kind. But food was so bad that I would not go there again.

The lake view from the restaurant was very nice, but our room towards the street was extremely noisy, dirty, warm and not a good experience. The small harbour in front was cozy.

We have paid for our room at the Booking.com, but then upon checkout they charged us the second time, saying it was not paid and you need to see with the booking despite the fact that another receptionist upon arrival confirmed that the room is paid…so incompetency, and unprofessionalism of some staff, took us 10 minutes to explain the rules and situation, to force the agent to make the cancellation of payment…in general the hotel was really nice, but this experience harmed the overall opinion and consideration to come back.

We are returning guests to this hotel as our children live in the area and I don't believe there is anything better in the area. Staff very helpful, breakfast delicious, the most comfortable beds, large family room, well heated. We will definitely return

An external company didn’t clean the bathroom as they should but the management immediately wrote a complaint after we told them.

Everything. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Herr Obermeyer and Julia were the nicest people I ever dealt with at ANY hotel worldwide - seriously! The location of the hotel is unique and the view from our room was simply spectacular. A delicious breakfast was served on the patio including lake view as well :) Beds were clean and comfortable. A Nespresso machine and 2 bottles of water daily was a very nice „to have“ in the room.

Reception service takes long, when you call reception it takes time until they pick up the phone. There was no hairdryer in the room as mentioned in room description, first answer was that the hotel is fully booked and that is the reason, after i insisted to receive it finally i got the hairdryer. No apologizes from the stuff
