The room was too hot. As there was only a small Dyson to cool things down, it was not enough to serve as a proper climate control. I prefer a old fashioned ceiling fan ;) Opening the window at night wasn’t an alternative either as there was a lot of noise from outside. The parking discount (@Lidl) unfortunately did not work.

Location and historic buildings. The rooms were very nice and well equipped. There was free coffee, water, and sweets on every floor. Even an ironing station on each floor.

My room was rather small (that’s ok) but it was terribly hot because temperatures were so high. There was a very expensive fan but it was still too warm, maybe an old fashioned fan is actually more effective. It’s not a reason to get airconditioning and I understand it’s a result of high temperatures and reality but I didn’t sleep very well. Not a complaint just a fact.

Very tired room! Old design bathroom with dangerous shower and weird sink and toilet??! No place to put anything? Beat up furniture. Our friends had a much better room?

- Interior lightning wasn’t that great. - Internet in the room that I stayed, was absolutely awful. Had to come to the 3rd floor sit out area to surf on my iPad. Even after bringing it up with the staff in Wed. morning, the internet quality didn’t improve. Just gave up.

Flooring was terrible - creaky on each step meant disturbing partner at night . Lighting was too dim Plug point access not in convenient location Couldn't find any english speaking channels despite there being over 50+ channels

Location was very convenient for public transport and views v pleasant Plenty of restaurants nearby Bathroom and amenities were great Fantastic coffee at breakfast and good water provision without plastic bottles .

Small rooms, no amenities, no refrigerator, wi-Fi does not reach the upper floors and no view on backside of hotel. Over priced. Basically a three star hotel in a five-star location.

the location is poor if you have a car. It is one a narrow one way street and the nearest public car park is a 15 min walk away. it should not be classes as with parking. The street side rooms are small and exceptionally noisy at night from the numerous bars attached to the hotel.

Rooms facing back street are near an old building which is under restoration and the noise is unbearable , starting 7 continuously to 5 PM . Also , rooms are very small and not having , even for a cost , single use sleepers in a 4* hotel is unacceptable .

Although it was written that there is a laptop safe in the room, I was actually given a very small safe that only fits a tablet. The shower head was also blocked and could not be removed.
