Because it was new we didn't get to have the continental breakfast they advertised when I reserved. We got a to go bagged breakfast with an apple, water, muffin and cereal bar, which was plenty but not what i signed up for. I would recommend to add a juice and maybe switch the muffin to a croissant to make up for the inability to accommodate breakfast at the hotel. Same with the pool, not functional. It wasn't advertised as not open when I reserved back in April. Maybe they could offer a voucher to use another pool.

Newly renovated hotel so rooms were brand new and looking great. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom was spacious as well. Staff were helpful and kind.

Hotel has/is being renovated so some areas were closed, particularly the pool.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel had free parking on site, hotel is a short driving distance from the Vegas strip, and hosts of other restaurants, bars and clubs.

Location. The street its on is a little questionable. There were lots of homeless people on the street.

The property was very nice and clean. Rooms are nice and comfortable. friendly staff. Gated underground parking. Need card access to enter and to use elevators which made us feel a bit safer.

The hotel was in final stages of construction. All the rooms were great but the entrance and all the things you would expect to see on the first floor had not been put in yet.

Received a warm welcome from receptionist Damien who helped us to get settled. Aaron and Brandy also helped to resolve a payment issue when checking out. Would recommend this hotel as it's situated close to the Vegas strip. Staff were quite responsive to resolve issues and answering queries.

it has a great location to the strip and for shopping. The staff was absolutely amazing and we ended up staying another night.

The first room we were put in, when we used the shower the water flooded the whole room, making it dangerous, health and safety was not observed. A strip of plastic had not been replaced to hold the water in the shower area. We asked to change rooms, which was not a problem. The lights in the bed area shone at you rather than help you see - bad design.

Good spacious room, comfortable bed, coffee machine, cold fridge, clean facilities. Great breakfast in the morning. Safe parking for the car. Friendly staff at check in and at breakfast time.

Because I didn’t know about the pool and jacuzzi were under remodelation, you send us a message on the same day of our check in, and we that the breakfast was included in the reservation, but we there and we back to home happy!!! A fire alarm went off during our stay in the middle of the night. We evacuated to the reception. No one told us what was going on, we over heard someone saying ot was a false alarm (someone was ironing) but none of the staff spoke to us. We sat in the lobby and waited, during this time, we over heard a male staff threten to pepperspray a homeless man sleeping near the reception area. Eventually after being in the lobby for 10-15 mins in our pj's. We attempted to speak to the same male staff, he was on the phone, putting in on hold and returning several times, I'm assuming he was talking to someone regarding the alarm and switching it off. All we needed was someone to tell us it was alright to return to our rooms. Eventually the lovely lady who checked us in came back to reception and told us it was a false alarm and we could return to our room.

Clean and comfortable rooms. 2 very nice ladies checked us in.

When we got to our room, we found that the air conditioner was very noisy and the telephone was not working. We went back to the desk and Tiana quickly arranged for a different room for us, which we greatly appreciated. Our main "dislike" was the room rate of $339.00!! Tiana apologized, informing us that there was a festival in downtown Las Vegas that weekend, with over 300,000 attendees, thus high room rates everywhere!

The location of this hotel is very good--relatively close to the Strip, but not too close! The desk attendant, Tiana, was really nice, and very helpful. The room was fine, but could have used a good, deep cleaning.
