SwitzerlandHotel iis located a 15 minutes walk from the main station. Room was nicely decorated, tea and coffee facilities provided. Bathroom with complimentary shampoo and soap. Restaurant is located on the ground floor, and offers good food and wine. Breakfast buffet from 6.30 a.m is also available in the same restaurant with a variety of food and drinks. Nearby there is a bus station.

Easy parking underneath the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Check in was extremely quick and easy. Great view of St Gallen from our room.

SwitzerlandThe gym facility doesn't WIFI connection. Many things has to be asked and uncompleted. No shower gel in the shower room. They don't have anyone who's helping for the luggage. Poor internet connection on the parking garage and we couldn't access to our payment for e-cars charging. The price was high but the service was week. You have to ask everything for. The bathroom was uncompleted materials!
The breakfast was excellent, many choices of food. The coffee machine was really great. Directly access to the casino facility. The room was silent. The staffs was really friendly and the are really helpful.

United StatesInitial impression of room was bad - 3 beds? When I asked to have a different room I was told none were available as the hotel was booked solid but that they could remove the extra bed if I like - which they did. After 2 nights dripping started at about 3 am - enough to wake me up and since no other rooms were available no reason to report. We left towel under AC as carpet was wet, hoped housekeeping would notice and went out for the day and got back later to an even wetter carpet. I reported in the morning and went off for another long day excursion. When I returned no note or info was left but ceiling tile was down, towels on carpet to absorb dampness and window open to air out room. I then went to desk and asked and was told they had a new room for us! So now I need to pack up and move from 3rd floor to 6th. I asked for help or a luggage cart and nothing was available for help, my husband was at a conference and not available to help me which I explained to the person at the desk. New room was nicer than our first room - thank you but honestly I am 74 years old and should have had assistance or at the very least a luggage cart. We made these reservations months and months ago I feel we should have had better accommodations from the start. I took photos of the room should you want to see what I came back to once I reported water problem. Radisson Blu is strongly recommended for location to conference center and you have a Casino attached and that is very attractive to many - with this experience I feel there should have been a better effort to accommodate us or maybe even the room rate should have been adjusted for all the inconvenience.

United KingdomParking was expensive and so was the room in comparison to hotels of similar standard in France. There were no phone charging points which even two star hotels have these days. No bathrobes and slippers. Poor value for money compared to sister hotel in Karlsruhe where we have stayed twice.

BelgiumBe aware, I was charged 75 € for the underground parking. When I complained about this they told me that I should have validated my parking ticket at the reception instead of the ticket machine in the parking lot. I was not informed about this by anyone of the staff. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

United Arab EmiratesCleaning must be daily, I stayed two days, there is no cleaning services, even I informed the reception but they told me system issue !! Also after completing payment with online service from booking.com, in reception they ask to pay extra taxes??!! Telephone service not working, so you suppose do everything by yourself. Also we wait almost 40 minutes to prepare suitable room, they guide us to wrong room after we come back to reception , then they check for 40 minutes to find another.

Location is good, beds were clean but bathroom was dirty, spoons for coffee were dirty and not washed, there was no soap in the bathroom! I have never seen this before not even in low star hotel! And we asked to have united with a door rooms-we traveled with kids I got confirmation for that ,what we've got was 2 separate rooms! Stuff at the check in was not friendly! I asked him a good restaraunt with swiss food he said it's nothing just raclette with sarcastic face! We found in Google great restaraunts.Why he is there if he hates his job and people? It's the worst Radisson I have been to! And in Switzerland !where you expect cleaness and quality!

This time they put me in the same room 612 and to my unfortunate surpise the problem was still not resolved. Apparently they don’t even care at the reception and did not take notice since I left the place the day after. The rug needs to be replaced obviously
