“I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge. I can only say that this type of attitude madenthe experience unforgettable especially in today's reality of individualism. This was really unexpected. On another note the breakfast is simply outstanding.”
