Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's only the combination of shower situated at the same room as the toilet making the entire room wet, so its good to use slippers, but no big deal.
Jenny is really amazing host. She helped us with everything from arranging transport, trips, tickets, food, practically all we asked about. Her english is good so comunication is smooth - that is biiig plus. Accomodation is central located, near bus station and Tianmen Mountain cable car station, also streets full of restaurants or shops one may need. Room was comfortable and spacious. There was nothing missing for our needs.

Everything perfect
First of all, I want to talk about Jenny. She is a wonderful host. She bought my tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest and Tianmen Mountain before I arrived. She told me where to visit on the map. She helped me with everything. She was my biggest luck in Zhangjiajie. She even opened her kitchen for me since I couldn't eat Chinese food :) She made Turkish food for them and we ate it together with great pleasure. Thank you for everything Jenny. The location of the hotel is great and it is 5-10 minutes walking distance to everywhere. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. There is hot water 24 hours a day and the room was very warm. It was one of the best places I stayed during my world tour. Hope to see you again

Slightly noisy outside and in the corridor at night but didn’t affect our sleep

Even though the heating system was on, the room was still quite cold. Also the shower was a little unpractical considering it made the whole bathroom wet. But these were small things!
Great location, very friendly and helpful host, and a wonderful room! I had a great visit to the Tianmen Mountain thanks to Jenny.

Everything was perfect. Jenny arranged our tickets in advanced plus she helped us out with some last minute arrangements during the last day. Really friendly and helpful lady. Also the location of the hotel is really convenient, as well as the facilities.

Liked everything
The room was very modern, comfortable and bright. They refreshed our towels, emptied our bin and left new disposable slipper and toothbrushes. Jenny was super friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were a big plus!

Jenny was a fantastic host. She really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She has great English and knows the area well. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was excellent, a 10 min walk to the cable car station for Tianmen Mountain

The staff was kind and provided us a lot of info about the activities in/near the city. The structure is ok, but lacks the elevator.

There are no breakfast options. However, there are a bunch of restaurants next to the hotel. It is a bit noisy in the room, as the airplanes fly directly over the hotel.
The host was very kind and helpful. Good connection to public transport. Only 20 min by walking to the cableway up to the Tianmen mountain. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

There's no elevator and no fridge in the room.
Jenny the hotel manager was very welcoming and helpful. She speaks English and is very informative about the city and the tourist sites. There's even detailed information on the wall in the lobby. There are also tables to sit at to eat and drink. The hotel is about 2.5km from the city center and it's close to the cable cars to Tianmen Mountain. The room was clean when we first entered. It has basic things such as a kettle, glasses, hair dryer, TV and A/C.

No elevator. 😅
Rooms are spacious and clean. Great shower and ac. It’s near tianmen mountain in a lovely neighborhood. The owner is amazing and super helpful. Cheap but great restaurants nearby.

The location was great, close to Tianmen cable car and bus station. The host Jenny speaks good English and was really helpful, also buying us tickets to the parks. Overall we had a great stay, very recommended.
