Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI may sound like a Gen-Z, but the wifi could have been better. Apart from that, 10/10 overall.
The experience was a fantastic one. It was surreal to live in a bunker and understand the history. The staff were polite and it was very well managed.

United Arab EmiratesThe showers, the fact that u must pull for the water to drop then there's only one hand left to shower with. I do get it that it's a replica of how soldiers used to live, but... The air vent, the continuous noise and blink of the fire alarm. Do NOT pick if you want a comfortable good night sleep.
I Knew what I will get, but this was still an experience. It's definitely sopopular for youngsters and for history enthusiasts.

PolandShared bathroom.
This is a real bunker, that has a museum and a hotel. It is located in the city center and has a very unusual concept. Definitely recommend for a short stay in Brno. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel corresponds to the photo, and the living conditions are like in a bunker.

PortugalDo NOT recommend the Luxury Single Room (C14) - The images do not match the reality - The room is located right next to the bathrooms and a very loud security door, so it's extremely noisy - The beds are still the original ones from when the bunker was being used for military purposes, so keep in mind they are not the most comfortable - Still, I think all of this would be tolerable if it weren't for the water heater that for some reason is placed in this room, meaning you will wake up to the sound of it every time it goes on in the middle of the night (several times an hour) - It's absolutely ridiculous for this room to be available for booking - don't stay here unless you want to spend the night reading the book that is in the room, because the wifi doesn't work either Overall cleanliness of the hostel could improve, especially the sleeping bags and the dishes for breakfast
- Good location - Really nice staff - Breakfast was included - The museum is quite interesting and worth seeing even if you are not staying the night

United StatesThe room was just passable. Beds hard. You sleep in a sleeping bag that has a liner but outside is stained and dirty. Pillows don't have covers.
Location is great. The bunker itself from a tourist attraction was OK and not as good as Ive seen in the past in other countries.

UkraineHowever, while staying in a twin room with a double decker bed, there was no safety barier on the second level, so I was afraid to fall from it during the sleep. There was also noise from the ventilation, which might influence someone's sleep, but it's a thing one can definitely expect in a bunker. Otherwise would definitely recommend to spend at least one night.
Thanks to low occupancy these days we could enjoy the atmosphere of bunker on 100%. We were happy when discovered, that we can access almost all of the spaced without a guide, with our own timings. Despite its style, bathroom was very clean, cleaner than at any other hostel we used to stay before for this price. Bed was clean and even though it was kind of "fresh" in the room, we had a good sleep in those sleeping begs - I would love to buy a similar one now. Very kind stuff at reception and breakfast, a cleaning lady with a nice sense of humor :) Location couldn't be better, we went to see the galleries just in front of the bunker (definitely must-see Moravská galerie Art Design) and the castle just there above, as well as city centre.

NetherlandsThat I had not more time to stay there 😅
If I say it wasn't 100 percent comfortable, it is because it is a BUNKER 😅. It was one of the most interesting and coolest places I have ever stayed, and must be even better during the summer. So if you want a once in a lifetime experience...go there!

HungaryThe ventillation sucks in the rooms. By the end of the 3rd day there was no fresh air, and the smell was afwul. The price includes the breakfast, but I wish it wasn't in as almost everything ran out by 9:30 am and the staff was not willing to refill it. This is a scary example how not to manage a hotel.
It is a real timetraveling experince in a good way. The bunker was built in the mid 20th century by the nazis and the communists. The whole atmosphere of the facility is astonishing, altought it fails to serve as a real museum due to lack of information and the bad design of the rooms.

GreeceI am reviewing the property as an accommodation. I didn't mind the cold, it is ok if you wear warm clothes, specially in the bed. The smell of mold though, was too much for me. Also there was too much noise, people talking loudly and slamming doors all night - it really wasn't too much work to be careful and not let them close by themselves, the noise could be avoided that way. Because of the smell and the noise, I only managed to sleep a couple of hours. Breakfast was nothing special. I didn't find the overall experience vfm.
The history of the place and polite staff.

RomaniaTo clean up under the beds would be a plus, sometimes it's a little dirty (dust)
The most authentic place I could ever sleep in, and for an unbeatable price. You're sleeping in a museum, literally. The price included a good breakfast, the entry to museum and of course accomodation. I don't know how a gem like can exist on booking.

Czech Republicit was a short trip for work. we even wanted to extend our stay for one night. basically, the only thing we needed - was to have a proper sleep, so the surroundings did not matter. however, the only thing you expect from hostel - sleep I did not get. my bed was terribly sagging, so instead of sleeping properly and getting ready for the meetings I had to have the following day I woke up a couple of times and ended up walking around at 5 am. I went to the reception and explained the situation, so they proposed another room, but it was the same way - one bed - ok, another - sagging. the lady on reception proposed to make a refund, but as I payed with credit card and she did not know how to use the POS after calling to a manager she asked me to write my account number to an email she gave me for a direct refund to the account. in two weeks instead of money I got a reply: “Thank you for your message. However, it is already subject to a cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding.”
