We chose this hotel because it had swimming pool but it was only open at night 8pm -11pm which was late so we didn't get to use it. If it was open in the morning or afternoon we would have used it.

That the pool and sauna were only open between 20.00 - 23.00. This was not mentioned on Booking.com and as this is done time, in essence most people are excluded from using these facilities. If this was clear from the outset, I would have booked another hotel.

I loved the room! Big and clean and very comfortable at the heart of the city.

Easy walking distance to the Old Town and also to the main train station; room was a good size; price was affordable

there is a possibility to lock yourself on the balcony xd (we had to call someone to come and open it for us), massage chairs were not working

The main access was a bit confusing and I think it was because of the Christmas market but also google maps showed a way which was dead end with no access.

location was perfect, close to center and the Christmas market right in front of the Hotel at the same street. Metro in 2 minutes by walk and the accessibility was perfect.

The location was great near mustek subway station and not far from main train station . located at Wanceslas square which surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and provided enough facilities.

The room was not properly cleaned. We arrived and the bio trash from previous guests was still there. The smell was horrible. Also the dishwasher was full of used stuff. The room was also not well cleaned, with a lot of dust on the floor.

The location is perfect. Close to everything.

The shower head fell off a few times from the pole, which wasn’t ideal. One of our party had his bag taken by mistake by another guest. Luckily it was returned, just thought this was poor from the staff on reception. Luckily another member of our party had spotted this on return to the hotel.

There wasn’t anything I particularly didn’t like, however I did wonder about using the pool on Monday evening when we arrived and went downstairs to find it but the access point had been taped off. When enquiring at checkout how we access the swimming pool they advised it was from using a separate lift. None of this was advised when checking in. However, we weren’t overly fussed and i think my point got lost in translation so I gave up.

The hotel sat on Wentworth Square, it is a minute walk from a Metro station. It’s about 15 minute walk to the main train station and behind that further five minutes to the main bus terminal. The room is spacious, we opted for twin beds, there was also a small sofa along with a desk and two chairs. A small kitchenette which had fridge, combination microwave utensils, etc

Google maps sent us to back of building from a different alley. Entrance is of main street in front. Quests below up were smoking at their window and could smell coming in our window, even though it was closed. Room was hot and temperature could only be reduced 3.5 celsius. Difficult to open window for cool air. Our room overlooked main street above ice skating rick and Christmas market. Although very conveinient, also very noisy, Night Club across street went on to 4am.

TV didn't get any signal most of the time. During my four days stay TV worked only one evening. Otherwise frozen screen or no signal at all. It was annoying.

I could not control microclimate of the room - controller was not working properly; I could not close the window - handle was missing.

Asked staff about taxis answer sent us in the wrong direction, luckily staff at a nearby Starbucks helped us and we made our connection

There was a small part of the curtains that left a slice of light coming in from the window. No ventilation in bathroom. Entrance has 2 mirrors, both appear to be a sliding door - but only one can actually slide.

Good wide variety breakfast. Room bigger and more furniture than expected. Quiet back side room with 3 layers of curtains, but still in the city center. 2 - or 3 people could easily stay in the room.

Parking is an issue and quite pricy in the neighbourhood, but 15min away one can find affordable options and can leave the car for a couple of days.

Location was perfect, breakfast is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are of good size and the ones facing the inner yard are nice and quiet.

Window csurtains could be of better standard.

1. The small kitchen feature allowing for heating of food. Great idea. 2. The desk, sofa and comfortably large hotel room wow. Great!
