The breakfast room was rather small. Some of the staff were slow to clean the tables. No real English breakfast. Occasionally scrambled eggs was available. Shower door did not fit the bath and therefore water leaked onto the floor.

Excellent location in heart of Prague. Within easy walking distance of the old town square and the Charles bridge. The hotel was warm and comfortable.

The water at the pool was for me and my mom personally too cold. We booked, went to the pool but never had a swim unfortunately. Also our room felt coldish. It wasnt heated before arrival and because the room is big and there’s only just one small heater under the window and another one in the bathroom

We were really happy with the room, but the only thing we would have preferred is a private balcony. We sat out there each night overlooking the town & chatting, but this privacy was interrupted each time someone in the rooms next to us came outside, as the balcony’s are separated by a clear glass panel.

The property was in a central location & we were really lucky to be on the 8th floor, as the views were great! The room was spacious and the mini kitchen was really handy for us during our stay. The reception staff were really lovely. They allowed us to check in early & we paid for a late check out. They also kept our luggage safe on the last day so we could enjoy more sightseeing.

Neighbours on the adjacent terrace must be taken into account, noise from the disco in the opposite building can be heard if the windows are open.

Great location in the heart of the city. All tourist attractions are within easy reach, with a metro station right outside the hotel. Quick check-in. Large clean room with terrace overlooking the central square. Convenient and equipped kitchen corner, a good bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pleased to see a large enough desk to serve as a workspace. The hotel staff helpful in providing a taxi service at night. A good breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the monastery gardens in warm weather.

Some of the booking.com information was no longer true, and it’s unfortunate the lovely terrace could only be accessed during breakfast, and the pool not until 8pm.

Our room offered everything we needed for our stay in Prague, including a kitchenette, seating area and table for eating. We upgraded to a back room overlooking an interior courtyard/park and we were glad we did as it was very quiet at night.

Housekeeping was horrible. They didn’t make beds, they weren’t cleaning every day, when they were cleaning they cleaned not everything, they took used towels from the railings and didn’t leave new ones instead. When we asked about it they said that there were no more clean ones. But why on earth you took used then? Hair dryer was so old that it overheated during a minute and you had to wait for it to cool down for five minutes.

Neat, spacious, well equipped (kitchenette was very useful), perfect location, nice receptionist.

I booked here because it had a gym and a pool which is lovely. However you have to pay extra to use them which was a bit of a let down as this is normally included in the price you pay for a room. The handle for the shower head needs to be fixed, it doesn’t hold the head so it wasn’t a very comfortable shower. A little noisy at night from steet noise if your room is facing to the street

Everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, they lended me an umbrella for the day that I arrived as it was raining a lot. location you are bang smack in the middle of everything which is great and easily accessed from the airport, has a little kitchenette too which was helpful, room has everything you need.

First no A/C disaster in hot weather ( summer ) even last night they pass us fan ( but nothing help ) . One receptionist who help us to get our room refuse to help to change for next one second day as he keep it for another guest and don’t like to ask housekeeping to clean our room as no time , even manager of housekeeping said they are same ( all this argument although they saw my father 81 years asking for this change ) no sense .

Location - room - rate - housekeeping but not manager of housekeeping- gave me twin beds as requested on street view without extra charge - some receptionist are nice .

The fact that as a paying guest, EXTRA money had to be paid to use the swimming pool. In North America, if you choose a hotel with a pool, you get to use the pool, end of story.
