Fridge was broken, no cold water in the bathroom sink, boiler is very low capacity. The apartment wasn't very clean, there were dust specs all over the place, toilet was leaking a bit.

Amazing location, near the Karlov most and the city centre. Jan met us at the time we agreed upon and pointed us towards a great restaurant near. There are multiple stores and restaurants in the vicinity of the object that are open long into the night.

We really liked the location. It's in the city center and it was very convenient. There were mini markets, souvenir shops and malls everywhere nearby. The room was fine, you get what you pay for. It's a value for money choice.

The bed was too soft for us and we missed some shampoo or sugar so we have to go straight to a supermarket.

The location was awesome and the owner lend the Keys personally.

There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower and we had to buy our own, a minor incovenience really.

Location was incredibly good, didn't need public transport once. The flat was really cozy, warm and had everything you may need.

i noticed a lot of reviewers saying you get what you paid for, however, i find cleanliness is the bare minimum, and unfortunately it was not the best in this apartment (location: opletalova). an unwashed pot (noodles stuck to the bottom), a glass with lipstick stains on it. we only got 4 towels, considering that there was two of us, simply not enough, especially when you consider that the water leaves a horrible smell (moisture/humidity i’m assuming) on them which makes the bathroom smell as well. a lot of the appliances in the flat are old and shaky and i couldn’t help feeling like the deposit was a way to pin one of those things possibly breaking on their own on the guest. and the fact that we only found out about the deposit when i messaged regarding sth else is crazy, 100€ is a lot of money and certainly has to be mentioned prior.

In bathroom water tap is AUTOMATIC (with photosensor). You cannot change the temperature of the water, neither its power of flowing, which is AWFUL. In the toilet there is no trash can, which is not good. The kitchen tap is a old model with a special lever - very hard to use. At the terrace there is only one chair.

1. I was asked to pay 100 euro caution money, which was not previously stated during booking. 2. The property address is different from the one stated at booking. 3. There was no cleaning or bedding changing for the whole period of stay. 4. Bathroom had no soap and no toothpaste. 5. The elevator was not working for three days. 6. The TV had one channel only.

We managed to check in only at 4 pm - the owner said he was cleaning. unfortunately it was very dirty. Absolutely everything was dirty. The TV doesn't work, the bathroom faucet rarely works. Disappointed by the torn bed and not fresh linen. The owner promised to come pick up the keys upon check-out, but did not arrive and did not respond to messages

It wasn’t on the website during booking, but we had to pay the deposit on arrival. But it’s okay, we received the money back during the checkout.

The location is perfect! It’s in the old town and we could walk everywhere at any time. It was a very sweet small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t cook there, but the apartment had all the facilities we could need. It’s also great that it has a washing machine.
