We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesSince the room was small, there was no desk to work at, and no place to open our luggage but the floor.
The Staff members were all very kind and helpful. The room was small but very comfortable and the air conditioning was delightful! Even though there were trains that are near by, the room was quiet and sleeping was no problem. The breakfast was a good, but could be more vegan friendly.

GermanyThe long walk to the Tram Station can be a hassle, however it's good for me to walk a little longer. Parking Space is limited and small, but can be handled when maneuvering.
The Room was spacious and clean. The Bed was comfy and the Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Since the Room had no AC, they provided a fan which was good. It was warm but I could open the Window and turn on the fan. Not an issue for me. The Breakfast was great too. Would stay again.

United KingdomThe curtains didn't do enough to block the light in the morning, but I always bring an eye mask anyway. There was no safe in the room.
Very convenient location, close to tram, buses and coaches. You could also walk into town in less than 30min. The room was modern and clean. We were in the Adeba Plus rooms. The bed was large for two people and comfortable. Aircon was available, plus hair dryer. They kindly kept my suitcases while I was visiting the city during the last day.
