The room was slightly small for 3 persons - a luggage rack would help to place luggage

Standard of the hotel is good. We had a triple room - beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with everything. Breakfast is excellent with lots of items to choose from. Location of the hotel is about 5 minutes away from the metro / bus stop and 7 minutes away from Wenceslas Square.

The 50 euro deposit for a "minibar" with some 10 euro worth of snacks in it is ridiculous and reduces trust in the place.

Aircon in the room wasn’t working (much) but it was in the lobby. Asking clients for a special deposit for potential damage of a room doesn’t seem particularly professionally and welcoming

The beds were pretty hard. And the shower was in the bath to narrow to the wall so I could not stand well under the shower.

It's not a 4 star hotel. The facility is old and requires modernisation. - in the shower there is only a "3-in-1" liquid soap: no shampoo, conditioner, lotions etc - carpets in common areas are not clean - the furniture is obsolete - despite the variety of food, breakfast is not tasty at all, very dry bread, bitter cheese etc - when I checked in, the room was clean and tidy, but the next day they just made the bed and didn't even sweep: lots of hair remained in the bathroom - bad view - in the day of arrival I left my luggage at the reception, when I went back to check in afterwards and wanted to take it, they couldn't find my bag and instead of looking for it, they just sent me to talk to somebody else who "probably knows where the bag is"

Staffs proficiency in English can be improved. The parking on the street is a nightmare, and we can't even stop to load and unload luggages

the main switch did not work. the handles in the bathroom were too high. Cappuccino and coffee done with automatic machines, they could be better.

The air conditioning didn't really cool the room as much as we wanted, but it helped.

I really liked this hotel! The room was confortable and clean, and the bathroom had a very good size. Breakfast was really great, we a lot of different options every day. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is also good, close to metro and tram stops and surrounded by restaurants.

Air conditioning didn’t blow cool air but this wasn’t an issue because the weather was nice and cool. Hopefully the maintenance staff can repair this before the next guess arrives on a hot day.

Location was a bit far but actually this allowed me to get to know other parts of the city. Plus the night time was very quiet for sleeping. The staff was friendly and courteous

The hotel is app. 15-20 min walk from the city center in a quiet area, where the restaurants also have a reasonable price. The breakfast was plenty with several choices. The staff is nice.
