Just a small tip: there was a coffee machine so coffee filters would be appreciated. Otherwise all was good.

The apartment was clean, easy to access and situated in a great and vibrant location only a couple of minutes from the subway. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The Wifi was decent and the staff were nice and helpful.

There was no hot water on the last morning of our stay (it worked the first two days), the pillows were way too big and the stove top was not hot enough to cook on so we had to use the microwave to cook a pasta dish and house keeping was provided daily but didn’t include cleaning/replacing the dishes. Other than these things we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great location. About 2 metro stops from centre but very walkable. About 20 to 25 mins. Fantastic cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Loved it.

It could be a little noisy from guests in other apartments but no noise from traffic.

The communication before our trip was great. So the staff were very helpful, especially Andrei. The location was easy to find and had excellent transport links. The trams and metros were easy to navigate. There was a small Christmas market close by as well as a great Vietnamese restaurant called Boong and a lovely cafe selling fresh cheesecake as well as breakfasts. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat there so it didn't matter that the kitchen was small, although there was plenty of dining space. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything was better than expected. The apartments were very spacious with everything you'd need. Since the city is very walkable, the location was very suiting. The staff was very kind to give us a map a directions based on. our planned itinerary.

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay. There are good restaurants nearby and it's like 10min walking distance to the city center. They clean the room every day which was great.

Nothing major. The shower is a little cramped. It could be uncomfortable for a tall or bigger person.

The location is great with a tram and bus stop close by. I was able to get to most of the touristy spots pretty easily. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Andrej, who resolved an issue for us quickly even at 10 in the night.

Such a lovely apartment to stay in. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access to public transport which is good as you are about 30 mins from the best things to see in Prague. Never felt unsafe here either. OH and they had AC too!

Staff, security. Spacious apartment. A building with its own soul. With gratitude and appreciation we write this. All of the staff were very caring. Very kind and hospitable staff. Actually, much more personable than other places. After staying all over Prague for the past 5 months due to home renovations being enlessly prolonged, we have stayed in a number of apartments that are in the same area, and around the same price. This apartment was the most spacious, quaint. The genius loci of this entire building is unique, and not so easy to find, if you are seeking that 'old world' charm. Bathroom - lovely! Balcony - to see all of Prague. Decor in the bedroom is lovely (not overly luxurious but not a 'factory' standard. It's really nice) Quiet guests - this is not a party zone. Entrance - When you walk into the entrance, you will be surprised how much more grand it is than the photos. Staff - very nicely mannered. Trustworthy! We have had clothing stolen in other more luxurious hotels. Not here. This is a different calibre of a tight-knit team working together to make your stay really safe, and pleasant. Thanking the Hotel Sibelius owners and staff. We hope we have also been good guests. Thank you for allowing our pets too! They were very calm and relaxed here.

The apartment was big and clean, with all that is needed for a very confortable stay. The position is wonderful, very close to many tram lines and metro A, but you can also take a 10min walk and reach the main square. I'll definitely book another stay in this place if I come back to Prague one day.

Having to ring the bell to be checked in by reception every time you enter the building takes away the joy of independently walking into your place.

It was our second stay at Sibelius, and although we had a different apartment than before, we found the same standards of cleanness, comfort and security. The location is nice and quiet, and several mini-markets nearby are open until late.
