The surroundings were a bit off with weird drunk people, smell of piss and noises, but this is not a mistake of the property. I suggest trying to influence local community to change it.

There was a shop there selling weed products. The smell was everywhere. Fortunately not in the apartment.

Location was good, public transport is really good, room was modern but we don’t have a kettle as manager said.

Room 11 - where my mom and granny were was really noisy both nights. We went there for wedding (which was in different place) and both (my mom and granny) complained about noise and had to sleep in living room as bedroom window is straight to some kind of stairs from pub and people are making noise until 5am. After all stay were fine, they survived. As we couldn't travel (I've been sick) so they have living room for themselves and did not need the bedroom. It's not really hotel fault but maybe I would recommend to aware the guest about it, especially if they are elderly. Second family room what we have was perfect without noise.

Communication with hotel is really cool. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern.

I didn't like the location of the building. you will find cannabis shop near the entrance of the apartment. Honestly, the location is not family friendly.

My only one little thing is that the bed was not a true queen bed but two twins pushed together. Other than that absolutely amazing and great value for 4 people.

Clean, comfortable, and modern. Quiet. Very safe. Amazing air conditioning. Bar with pool and darts right down the hall. Kebab and bakery at ground level. Right in front of tram and bus stop. Easy check in. Very good value.

There wasn't a high dryer, nor a kettle in the rooms. We weren't offered breakfast/ meals ... but I guess that wasn't too much of an issue since there was a bar & supermarket close by.

Nice clean, airy room with big screen TV & access to Neflix! Lovely bathroom with nice walk-in shower & higher toilet seat. Bed was large, clean & had comfortable mattress. Had quick & easy access to local shops, & there was a lift to take people with mobility issues (ie: wheelchair users, elderly people, people who need to use sticks/crutches) up from the shopping centre to the apartments. Oh ... and the cost was extremely affordable! Would definitely recommend :)

Some reconstruction works are still taking place at the entrance to the part of the building with apartments (they have not disturbed as though). At some moments we have not felt safe as some drunkards are hanging around at the staircase leading to the floor with apatments...

Good starting point when visiting Ostrava. It is 15min by car to all main pints in the city :) New aprtment, big bathroom, fast and stable internet connection. Walking distance from supermarkets. Parking is free and close to the apartment.

The place was great, clean, comfortable, quite (a bit noisy from the pub but I didn't mind at all), everything we needed was near by. The whole experience was a pleasure and we will come back.

Overall apartment was nice, modern and clean, but the location is quite awful. Many drunk people downstairs at the bar (even at 7 in the morning). Soundproof is very bad, you can hear yelling from the bar. There are no dark curtains or blinds. We were traveling with small baby and stayed for one night, but would not choose this place again.
