They did not notify us of the constructions works in the building and it was difficult for us to find the entrance to the apartment despite the explanatory PDF. Construction starts early in the morning and is generally very noisy, so we woke up very early because of it. The first day the hot water didn't work and that was a problem that wasn't fixed until the second day, but from then on everything was fine. We couldn't get in with the door code that was written on the pdf and it took a long time for them to give us the correct code, so we had to wait for more than an hour and a half outside the apartment. Communication in general with the people in charge of the apartment was not very fluid.

The apartment is very well connected and is in a very central area. It has well-equipped common areas for cooking and a free coffee and hot chocolate machine. All kitchen utensils are very good and in general it is very clean. The room is a bit narrow and maybe it doesn't have a very pleasant space for 6 people, but we were 4 people and we were great. The beds are comfortable, everything is very clean. It is a recommended apartment and we will return.

The bed and pillow not comfortable that much, the wall really thin I could hear the snoring of the person in the other room. But overall great value for the price.

It could be a little cleaner. We found some hair in the bathroom and whole tuffs of hair on the carpet. Also the sofa and the carpet were stained on a lot of places, and was kind of gross. They had some slippers if you want to wear, but I wouldn't recommend using shared slippers. Although the bed sheets were clean and smelling good.

The location is very close to the center, like 15min walk to the old down center, 10m to Charles Bridge. Really nice bed, relaxing bathtub with water massage. Mini fridge in the bedroom. The wifi was working nicely. A very nice feature is that every room has its own luggage cabinet in the common area, that you can access all day after you check out. So you can check out in the morning, leave your things and baggage in the cabinet, go enjoy your last day in the city and then come back to take your things before going to the airport. There is also a shared toilet in the common area you can use, very helpful if you have checked out.

The walls are thin and the other people weren't quiet after 23.00 hours. And the floor off the yellow room is difficult to clean i think.

I like the concept off the different colors. And the location of the appartement, not really in the centre, but just between the old part and new part of Praag 1.

The bedroom allotted to us ( The Brown Room ) was small and the bunkers were uncomfortable for our family

Everything about the flat was exemplary, all little things have been taken care and has been stacked well. Really very kind of the host for having taken care of everything in detail. The kitchen had almost everything needed to cook , almost all soaps, deodorants, for washing clothes and ironing facilities, it also had a coffee station in the bedroom. Would definitely visit again and also refer my friends to this lovely place.

TV had about 6 working channels out of 100's and not a single one in English - I asked if this was right on the first night and although was told they were gonna ask a colleague and me chasing, 4 nights later still no response! The drainage in shower very bad and can overflow. The sink is really small with a shelf above that you hit you head on when trying to brush teeth or wash face over sink. Fridge had a crack in the top - looks like someone had previously burnt it which I though might be dangerous so covered with the tray but could easily have been taped over to cover.

Great location. Good size room for solo traveller but if staying 2 people, as room capable, then you'd get in each other way. WiFi worked fine. Diff functions on shower was good and water pressure good if not for drainage problems

It was a clean and comfortable apartment. Everything was there for us to use. From check in to check out every process was simple. And the communication with the owner was good. I enjoyed staying there. I would recommend it to others too.

Room was absolutely tiny, overheated very easily. Entire shared areas smelled awful, didn't want to spend any time outside of the room. Carpets were very grubby and poor quality. Could've done with a bedside table. Random alarms went off as well with no indication how to turn off.

My iPhone had problems connecting to Wi-Fi, its app showed a message about "poor security and network problems due to other Wi-Fi in the area. The Android phone had no problems. I do not recommend using the nearest shops, they are very expensive, only alcohol. I used the LIDL store, 20 minutes walk away.

The facility is located in an ideal distance from most tourist attractions. After a 30-minute walk you will reach Charles Bridge. The kitchen area allows you to prepare your own meals. Full equipment. A very good convenience is the ability to use the luggage boxes when you leave the room. I had the opportunity to leave my luggage in the room at 10:30. I recommend snacks and excellent beer, right next door to the "U pravdu" restaurant.
