I want to give a huge thanks to Martina and Tamara for the lovely stay at the apartment. They went above and beyond to decorate the place so cosily for my stay during Christmas, and we were just so touched (in a great way) with the hospitality. Location-wise, the apartment was on a quiet street, which was restful, but walkable to the main attractions. Highly recommend the apartment for an enjoyable stay as a couple, and will definitely book again for my future trips in Prague.

Lovely small studio in a quiet building close to the city centre. Jan, who greeted us, was great, and he and Tamara provided us with many suggestions where to go. We loved the Christmas decorations 😊

Nothing we did not like, just thought price was a bit expensive, but then it is a nice place.

Location was fantastic, you could walk everywhere and did not need to use buses or taxis. Jan, our host, was so helpful and kind, gave us good tips for our stay and a warm welcome! The team was in contact before arrival until we reached the apartment.

At the day ( 26.07.2024) when we arrived in Prague all mobil internet network (not the wi-fi) was awfull. Because of that we didn't communicate easily so we lost in old town. So they waited us a long time and got so angry with us. I did't like the arguement while we tried to find the place wihout internet. this was the first time in Peague and afraid and got angry also.

Every thing was great and special.

Nothing, everything is perfect. The place exceeds my expectations. It is a perfect place to Stay if you are visiting Prague.

Location is perfect! its only ten minutes to city centre by foot. A Studio has a very nice Balcon, it is very clean, you are being greeted with a gift basket. The building is very safe and calm, it feels like being at home.

We came in July, during a heatwave, and the a/c was a portable one and could barely take on the heat. There was also a fan, but I personally don't like fans

Very nice apartment, with a nice balcony. We were welcomed with some treats and local recommendations. The location is out of the old town, but very close and even closer to public transport going outside of the city center.

We were unfortunate to experience a few days of high heat and humidity (not the host's fault) and with the apartment located on the 6th floor and a portable air conditioner that did not work that well, there were several uncomfortable nights. There are just a few 'maintenance items' that could be fixed - several outlets in the bathroom do not work, the bathroom door does not close completely, the balcony door latches are broken and difficult to use, and the freezer needs defrosting.

The balcony was very nice for enjoying morning coffee (provided by the host!) and the location was within walking distance of shops, parks, restaurants, and attractions. There were treats left by the host as well - popcorn, nuts, wine, and coffee creamer, and she also provided laundry soap and shower supplies. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. There is an elevator (which really helps when you are carrying groceries or luggage!). The building felt safe with the outdoor lock and the room lock, and the street was relatively quiet.

The room is somewhat small, more than what the wide-angle photos suggest. On the other hand, I think they go a bit overboard with the extra fee they charge if you arrive later than 22:00, because even though the accommodation is very nice, it's not as cheap as to warrant charging additional fees.

No fault of host but street outside was very icy and slippy. Prague like most of Europe had just seen a very cold spell. Once on main road to the square it was fine with the extra footfall.

Nice finishing touches with Xmas Dec's and lights on balcony. Very helpful meet and greet from Jan. Lovely bedding and everything you need for a home away from home, even down to USB adaptors. Netflix and WiFi 100%

Being on the top floor, the room does get a bit hot, but there is a supplied air con unit. Nothing else comes to mind, we had a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at the property, Tamara done everything to help us, including supplying snacks, breakfast, beer and wine and was very accomodating on leaving our bags for a few hours after the check out time. The location was central, but the apartment was quiet. We would stay here again in the future, thank you!

We stayed in the lovely and clean apartment of Tamara, the owner of the amazing apartment, there was nothing missing, the apartment is centrally located and close to all possible attractions. The staff of the landlady hosted us and took care of us every day in an exceptional way. They made sure to explain to us about the whole city and what we have to do there every day, and also made sure to guide us where we can save money. We have never visited such a lovely place, with the most amazing service I have ever received anywhere in the world including hotels. If you want a perfect vacation with your partner in Prague at an affordable price and huge care, this should undoubtedly be your choice. For us, the apartment, the owner of the apartment, and her staff, made our vacation perfect! There was nothing missing in the apartment, they even took care of croissants for us and one day also a bottle of wine and chocolates, just amazing, they thought of everything.
