Brilliant location in a really quiet street but a short walk from restaurants and bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a slight issue with our first room (the bathroom) but were quickly offered and alternative when we asked Breakfast was good with plenty of options

Everything was perfect

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was gorgeous, the whole hotel was spotless and beautiful and in a quiet district. Breakfast was great, check out time of 11am gives you plenty of time to relax in the morning. A lovely walk into Prague from the hotel. Beds were super comfortable.

The rooms whilst large do have somewhat dated decor. It didn’t affect our stay but if you are looking for that boutique feel this isn’t it. However for our three days in Prague we were very comfortable and the staff are superb.

Huge room, a suite with 3 separate rooms plus bathroom. Loads of space. Very friendly staff and great breakfast in a lovely setting. Good amenities in room, large bathroom. Very clean. Easy to walk to main sights of interest. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Hotel has a nice little courtyard garden.

Great location, near the castle and surrounded by embassies so very quite but easily walkable to old town and jewish quarter etc. We booked a Deluxe Room but were upgraded to a suite which was superb. Breakfast was great with a good choice of bread, cereals, pastries, fruit and hot option, coffee was excellent and the breakfast room was a stunning place to start the day. We dealt with a number of reception staff during our stay and all were great with good English. We booked a airport transfer for our trip home which was a good quality car with safe professional driver. We would stay again and definitely recommend.

Breakfast could do with some labels, and some allergen guides - ie, what contains dairy and gluten etc.

The staff were lovely, and the free mulled wine was a nice touch. The apartment we had was a great size, and very comfortable. Loved the quietness of the area but only a short walk to the castle and Charles bridge.

We all loved this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff, super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the lovely gabled dining room with very attentive staff. Its in a perfect location, nice and quiet but not far from all the sights of Prague.

My husband and I stayed for the first time in this beautiful place. We stayed in one of the Deluxe rooms, and it was beautifully decorated, well maintained and very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very good, a lot of choices. Everything was prepared freshly. We will come back. Kristine.

Superb location with easy access to Charles Bridge but in a quiet and picturesque location. The rooms were large, clean and well presented. Staff were brilliant; friendly and helpful providing tourist information, recommendations for good restaurants etc. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and they catered for dietary requirements which we requested beforehand.

A hotel with a soul. Wonderful huge, spotlessly clean room with a balcony, great location just a short walk away from all main attractions, very good breakfasts in wonderful scenery of an old church's attic. The whole personel very friendly and helpful with your every need.

Not really compliant at all but the radiators were all set too high when we first arrived. The temperatures outside were obviously very chilly so I appreciate they didn't want our room to be cold, but I can't sleep in a too hot room. We had to turn down all 5 radiators.. Appia please save on your gas bill! ☺️

Location is ideal. 15 mins walk to wherever you want to be. Very safe and lovely surroundings. Hotel has a luxurious feel. Breakfast room in the eaves sold it for me. Our room was even better than expected, very spacious, lovely bedding and clean throughout. The shower pressure was also superb!
