We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the hotel was lovely, liked the fact there was free coffee in reception (not that I had any), the room was great, the bed was comfy and there was no noise at night as our room looked over other rooms

It was great! The staff of the Hotel is amazing, polite and very helpful. Thank you for all Ukrainian staff who was working at the hotel during our staying. Especially to Vadym, Vasyl and for young Ukrainian lady who were servicing us in the morning and keeping our room cleaned. The location is perfect and be sure you will sleep good at this amazing Little King Hotel. We will back for sure!

Germany- second bed in suite squeakes badly (first bed was enough for us however) - there was a constant noise, which we couldn't make out what it was or how to turn it off, guessing ventilation. I sleep with earplugs, so I was fine, my partner found the noise disturbing. Apart from that, the room was extremely quiet. Beware, steep stairs :)
+ very spacious, pleasant and comfortable suite with bathtub, under the roof, view onto rooftops + breakfast tasty, but without much variety, decent coffee from mashine + friendly and helpful staff + excellent location + quiet room despite being in the centre of everything + supplied iron board upon request and brought it up to the room

HungaryI couldn't fault it. I was very happy with everything. Considering how close it was to the busy walking street of Karlovo the room was very quiet. No problem about the stairs, with a willing helper to carry luggage to our room on arrival.
The breakfast was exception, a wide choice and all very delicious. The location was great being so close to all the central attractions, I would certainly stay at your Hotel again and would recommend it to others travelling to Prague
