While our stay was largely enjoyable, we did experience some noise late at night, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. However, we appreciated that the hotel proactively addressed this issue by providing earplugs in each nightstand. This thoughtful gesture showed their commitment to guest comfort and allowed us to manage the noise disturbances more effectively.

The location was outstanding, perfectly situated in the heart of Prague and within easy reach of all the major landmarks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. Our room exceeded expectations—it was incredibly spacious and featured two bathrooms, providing us with added comfort and convenience. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the city.

Perhaps a steadier of coffee/tea refills in the room, though it didn't matter as we frequently got the great (and free) expressos in the lobby, extra cookies a nice touch!

Location of course, but (beyond any expectations) extremely helpful, courteous and effective staff, both for in-situ help as tips about the city. Availability of coffee/tea anywhere anytime a nice plus. And a special nod to Eddy the waiter !

It's a great little hidden gem in the city centre with quiet and clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. We took the executive room had good views, loads of light and a comfortable bed.

Lots of stairs with no lift - but in all fairness, we knew this was the case when we booked.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, large clean room with large bathroom as well. Breakfast was good and varied. Came back to eat at their restaurant twice and found it very good.

No lift (could presumably not be fitted into old building). Music from busy in-house restaurant clearly audible in room several floors up in evening. Lots of steps/ stairs of uneven height, great potential for stumbling (I did, no health issues and no alcohol consumed). Maybe marking all the bottom stairs better (with bright lines/tape) would be an option?

Very helpful and friendly staff. Charming old building, sensitively updated. Wonderful room, very tastefully decorated, beautiful original features kept (tiling, fireplace). Luxurious, spacious bathroom. Very comfy bed and bedding. Delicious breakfast until 10.30am. A really well-managed hotel, with great attention to detail. And the location is excellent. In the middle of the Old Town, yet very quiet.

The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have a lift, we had to walk through stairs up to 3 floors which was a bit too much, other than that, everything was perfect.

Location is superb, super close to everything, room was really nice too! Everything was neat and tidy, and the service from the staff was awesome! Definitely can recommend this place.

We had a great room, 4th floor no elevator. Not a problem if you are fit and in good health. Could be tricky if you are not.

Not sure if this was bc we were on the top floor (kind of like an attic) but there were so many weird noises all night coming from the building itself that made it hard to sleep, even with earplugs… intermittent humming and buzzing, extended duration of ‘clicking’ sounds… maybe it was the A/C (which we tried turning off) or water heater or something with electrical? The mini fridge was also flashing lights all night so we had to put on eye masks. Loved everything about the hotel except for the odd lights and sounds coming from the equipment.

Amazing location right next to the Charles Bridge (we were on the top floor and could see it albeit by sticking our head out the window). Very convenient for taking mid-day breaks in between exploring the city, and perfect for getting out ahead of crowds to check out the bridge earlier in the morning since it’s literally a 1 min walk away. Very clean rooms and breakfast was hearty and delicious! Great 24/7 reception and service across the board as well.

We had excellent rooms on the second floor, without elevator though. Breakfast was very good, excellent staff,especially waiter Adnan. Position is perfect .
