Please be aware as we had missed it this hotel is currently not well suited for those who have physical disability or cannot manage lots of steep stairs. There is no lift/elevator. We travelled with small children and elderly and we were on the top floor. The hotel did manage to move some of our more immobile guests to lower floor but we did struggle up and down so many steep stairs all the time. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel and the staff did their absolute best to try and make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Location is excellent, walking distance to all the main sights. Breakfast is good and nice variety.

The walls and the door did not keep out noises, so we prepared for that with earplugs.

Everything was great

Great location just 3 min away from Charles Bridge and literally you can go everywhere just by walking in de Old Town, excellent room very lovely and big, the breakwast was great also a lot of food and options.

Very friendly and professional staff, no troubles to speak in english, they give you great advice on how to find main attractions near hotel and how to find your way around Prague when using public transport. Great location, Charles bridge is just few minutes walk away and at the same time hotel is in quiet area where you can have a nice rest. Hotel has a very welcoming interior. In the room you will find super comfortable bed, well stocked minibar and high quality toiletries. Choice of breakfast was excellent. Hopefully coming back soon.

Quiet noisy. Could hear the restaurant business and other guests. Would suggest to use and maintain the existing glass door in the hallway, as well as an isulation of the old room doors. Very quiet too the street though through new isulated windows.

I booked a room with one double bed and two separate beds but there were two double beds. The conditioner didn’t work properly but we asked to fix it and they did it in 10 minutes so it wasn’t a big problem.

Amazing stay. Very polite reception personnel. Every corner smells amazing. There is a wonderful ambiance with live music upon our arrival. Breakfast was nice. Room was beautiful with large gorgeous bathroom and luxury toiletries. Location is 10/10.

Breakfast could be richer and that could bring food constantly. It happen that at one point Croissant’s were gone and no refill.

Location: 2 minutes from Charles bridge and 1 minute from old town We had a Maisonette and it was specious. Great for family and weekend stay.

The water from the tube was a bit smelly, not sure if this is something that happens in all the city or was just something from the hotel. Nothing critical, though!

The hotel is perfectly placed, we stayed there for 4 days and visited the whole center by walking. Bed was super comfortable and staff really nice and young, but utterly professional!

I'd like the room being cleaned and dusted more properly and thoroughly.

I stayed 6 nights in Prague. The hotel is in the best location in Old Town. A 2 minute walk away from the Astronomical Clock Tower. You could have everything nearby from the most queued up Ice Cream corner shop, to restuarants, sounveir shops and even Thai foot massages! Yet, the hotel is hidden away quietly in this 14th century building. The room is big, the ceiling is high, with a chandelier hanging. I love this nostaligia. The bed and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was great with many choices. I think they served mimosa one morning. The receptionists were very helpful with directions and car booking.

We visited in summer and it was really hot. The room didn’t have any AC. They had a fan but, it didn’t do any much. Due to the location, the nights were a little bit noisy. At some point you close the windows but, Due to the location, the nights were a little bit noisy. The room definetely needs an AC so that in summer you can close the windows.

Superb location, clean and big room with comfy beds, kind staff, rich breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay.
