We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomLocation excellent, some good restaurants and bars close by, buffet breakfast very good, room layout OK, inside view, could not lock the door from inside so could only use the sliding bolt. Note that over 60's travel free on bus, metro and tram in Prague, its very easy and quick to get from the airport to central Prague using 911 bus and metro.

United StatesThere was an issue with the HVAC in our room, however the staff made sure to provide a large fan and had a repair person out right away. The property is extremely old but not run down at all. Things like this are bound to happen. Again, the staff went out of their way to make up for it.
The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant on property was nice and the breakfast had a huge array of options. The location is excellent and our room was very lovely.

United KingdomWe had to borrow a steamer, whereas i would have expected an iron to be in the room for the duration of the stay. No lift, but this is the norm for listed buildings in this area. Unsure why, but on the kingsize bed we had two single duvets. I feel the negatives are strongly outweighed by the positives and I have stayed here twice over the last 6 years with friends and with family including a baby and I would strongly recommend.
Exceptional location. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Hotel arranged airport transfers. Huge room, the size of my reception room and kitchen. Staff lent us a socket travel adapter. Bell boys helped move luggage up and down stairs. Staff allowed us to leave pushchair/stroller in lobby on ground floor.

The staff here was great, from helping with bags and suggestions to where to eat and all around great customer service, not to mention this property is in walking distance to everything you would want to see in Prague. GermanyWe had the most wonderful time here! The staff was truly dedicated to taking excellent care of us and ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clasically beautiful and intimate, while being well located on the main thoroughfare and just steps away from Charles Bridge. Our family stayed in the breathtakingly gorgeous Royal Suite, which is spacious enough for two adults and two teenagers, so that everyone felt they had space and opportunity to reenergize after the walking tours and cultural performances. We ate most meals in the Peppercorn restaurant in the hotel, which offered an enticing mix of Italian and Czech dishes, cooked to perfection. The food was an absolute highlight of our trip! We are totally delighted with this experience!
