The rooms where completely different than the photos they had for the deluxe rooms. If I knew I would have bought a normal room. Overall, it was clean with very good breakfast, and the staff was very kind, they store and carried our luggage in the room because where wasn’t an elevator

The staff could use a bit of customer service training, (acknowledging customers if they are waiting to speak to them etc) they do their best and are not bad at all. If this hotel wants to be the best of the best this is an area they could work on.

Beautiful room in the roof of a historic building, the bathroom was high quality as was everything else in the hotel. The breakfast was great perfect for what I wanted each morning. The location is fantastic you can walk everywhere in the old town easy. It was warm and cozy, safe and welcoming. The young staff did a great job. Overall a good experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and provided a great start to our day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is just amazing! You are in the heart of the old city but in a quiet street. The hotel is a complex of 3 old renovated buildings. Nice and comfortable room. The staff is young and nice. Nice breakfast in the central veranda. Very good experience.

The room was on the 4th floor with no lift ( that was not the problem) but had a slating room with no window that was a bit a let down. Breakfast was okay as an Asian I think I am use to getting pampered for a lavish spread 😊. But it’s a thump one for breakfast. Room allocation was a concern so please ensure you ask for not the top most floor room. Rest was just prefect.

The place is very centrally located giving you time to spend time strolling around the city and soaking up the Prague flavour of life. Very friendly staff specially the receptionist was super nice and guided me through well.
