Our stay was excellent. In my opinion, the bed could have been more comfortable, the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and the shower is designed in a way that causes water to splash everywhere. There is no wardrobe in the room, and of course, having one would have helped keep things organized. In any case, we had a great stay—very good breakfast, friendly staff, and a lovely location.

Very good breakfast buffet. Super comfy beds. Tidy and cosy room in the attic. We were forced to leave early in the morning due to a flight rescheduling and the staff agreed in having a basic yet much appreciated breakfast box to go. Thank you!!

One of the staff was quite rude to my partner when reporting the shower door had been broken by previous guests and wouldn't close.

Breakfast was ok, but service could be a bit better.

Some of the rooms had a real antique feel to them. Ours had a beautiful painted ceiling. Location is really excellent, you are in the heart of the city and it also feels like that.

The room was quite small and a bit congested. The hotel is located on an uphill area, so taking public transport and walking to the hotel with luggages might not be a good idea.

Great location with Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge at walking distance. The tram and buses that connect to the old Town square etc are just 5 minutes of a walk away. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Unfortunately, there is a construction happening at the moment, that woke me up every morning. I know it wasn’t the hotel fault, I just wanted to wake up my by own and not with hammer sounds.

The breakfast was ample, with lots of choices. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The front desk clerk Maryna was so helpful with suggestions for concerts, and locations, and made us feel very welcome.

During out stay in Prague we had special weather conditions with tempetures really low, thermal sensation around 0-1° and constant rain, still because it was not yet “the season” the heat was no available to turn on.

What didn’t we like? Honestly, from the check-in, to the staff, the quality of the room, the choices at breakfast — everything was amazing. It all felt like an “upgrade” every time we turned around! We loved everything!

The room was one of our best - ever - even boasting an (almost) private terrace through French doors. “Almost” private because any other intrepid guest could have used it — but they’d have to find the door and that’s a secret known only to the lucky occupants of Room 1 (or any guest who cares to ask, I’m sure.) Anyway, the room was fabulous — quiet, comfortable, luxurious and private.

Great location right in the heart of old city centre. Clean and spacious room with good breakfast offer and good view outside the window. Hotel workers were very helpful and nice!
