Pillows, huge but very fluffy for my personal standards

The hotel was on the most beautiful street of Prague, Nerudova. The location was safe, quiet and ...perfect. 5 minutes from the castle, 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, 15 minutes walking from stare Miesto. I would definitely stay there again. The room wasn't big but the bathroom itself was spacious with excellent amenities and a bathtub.! Cleanliness was excellent, the staff helpful and friendly and the breakfast qualitive and sufficient. I highly recommend and I would happily stay there again.

We loved staying at the Golden Key hotel. Location was perfect for us (a little bit outside the very busy centre but only short walk away). It was very close to the castle and other good bars and restaurants. The layout was great and room had everything we would need. Reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. I thought the decor was nicer in person - I don’t think the pictures do the hotel justice. Breakfast was a great bonus and although not the best cooked choices we’ve had in a hotel it was perfect for setting you up for the day with a range of continental choices. We loved this hotel and would stay here again - will recommend to friends and family.

The hotel room was very clean & liked the furnishing and we got upgraded to a deluxe room. They offered a big breakfast spread & the lady at reception was very helpful providing us with a map to see certain places in the new town. Location is great as it's 10 min walk to Prague Castle.

The location of the hotel is great! Super close to everything you want to see in Prague. we also liked the hotel building. An old house with history, renovated with a lot of love and effort.

The heating in our room couldnt be turned down so it was very warm

The hotel was beautiful! The beds were extremely comfy and we had an amazing nights sleep. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and our stay was lovely! The location was perfect for exploring the town and yet wasn’t right in the bustling centre! The Castle was right outside the hotel which was a lovely touch.

We had a great stay in this charming hotel. Our room was available for early check-in with a welcome note and snacks in the room. Room was spacious and modern. Breakfast buffet was very well done! Location was perfect - short walk to the castle and a 20 minute walk to the old town.

Had a room facing the street and even though it was "off season" it was quite noisy. You could also hear the guests from nearby rooms.

Location was great, a short walk from Charles Bridge. Nice, clean room. Breakfast options were good. L'occitane toiletries. Serviceminded, friendly reception staff (this should be a given but trust me, most people working in service/tourism in Prague didn't really seem to be all that into friendliness or politeness)

Great location. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Took a taxi from the main train station but then walked to all of the tourist sights.

Amazing location. An easy walk to all the main attractions. Plus, for as busy as the neighborhood was in the daytime, the street was perfectly quiet at night. Also, the included breakfast was great.

Perfectly located, within walking distance from main attractions in the Old Town, the Charles bridge and the Prague Castle, the rooms retain some of the old patina while blended with all the comfort of modern facilities. The staff was discrete and friendly, breakfast was perfect and diverse, including in-room coffee

Very impersonal hotel-chain feel about the hotel; not really a dislike, more of a preference.

Great location; 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge. Some excellent places to eat nearby. Others have spoken about room temperature; however, out of 5 cities and towns on this trip, this room was the only one that we had control of the temperature. Turn dial up or down on radiator.

Our room was roadside so a little noise could be heard. Breakfast is ok but a small selection so items run out quickly and staff were a little slow to replenish but did when asked without issue.
